I believe it was at this branch that Gretchen helped me. She had a delightful and professional personality. She was very helpful and went above and beyond what I would have expected. It made me want to return to this specific branch if I had business I needed to handle. Very impressive.

Every single employee at this location has always been extremely helpful and friendly to me. I see plenty of negative reviews about different branches of regions bank, but this one is honestly the best one I’ve been to yet. Completely positive experience.

Opened a checking account at this location quite some time ago & it took over an hour. That’s not including wait time! I had to use the bathroom later & it was a big deal - had to find the manager to get the key & then find him again to return it. The location on 150 across from the mall is much more efficient & friendly!

Horrible. Go to another Regions and stay away from this one! Always a wait at least 10 minutes long. Usually one person working drive through and one person working walking. But always 3 or 4 other people setting in there cubes that never offer to help! Stay away.

Samatha at the drive through window was very ugly to me. She would not let me explain what I was trying to do with my 2 checks and would ignore me when I was trying to explain it to her. I had to mash the “call button” a few times until someone else came around the corner to help me. Daniela was very nice and because she let me explain the situation, she was able to complete my deposits. I will be calling corporate about my unbelievable experience. I have been a regions customer for 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly.

Primarily a review of the drive through ATM. For some reason the ATM at my bank has been have technical issues and this one is really close. Two visits here and one time was pretty much a normal ATM experience. The other time I had issues with it accepting my card. It did finally work, but needed a little patience while I waited for it to cooperate. I have had a Regions account in the past and the staff at this location were really nice and were really knowledgeable. Really clean, spacious and open branch layout with someone that greats you when you walk in and finds out what you need so they can direct you to the appropriate place. If you are looking for a bank you should take these guys under consideration.
