Sally Beauty is a clean, well-stocked store with helpful associates who provide good customer service. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, such as one associate who went above and beyond to assist with finding hair clips and another who helped select the right straightener. The store is usually not crowded, making for a pleasant shopping experience. However, some customers feel pressured by staff to buy items they don’t need, which can detract from their visit.
Tracy provided an excellent experience and was extremely helpful. Made my day more than she probably realizes. Genuine kindness goes a LONG way.

I just needed a few things but I don’t think I’ll be back to this Sally’s again. I don’t need people pressuring me into buying crap. Please leave people alone if they say they don’t need your help.

Ashaland went above and beyond to assist me with finding clips, I desperately needed she was very pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. Thanks, for having such an amazing person greeting your patrons.
