SIP is a "must have" partner for any small to medium-sized business. They are probably a great fit for larger companies too, but I can only speak to my experience with them in our 6-location medical practice over the last four years. First, using SIP vs. hiring your own team is a financial no brainer. In our case, we would have spent double the money hiring our own team to manage PC's, email, network, security, servers, and phones/voice. Second, we would not have the breadth of knowledge with our team that SIP has. Third, I (personally) would have spent more of my time managing a team vs. outsourcing. If you are not outsourcing I.T., accounting, HR and legal, you are wasting time and money.Side note (but important): In March of 2020 we were faced with an uncertain business challenge (COVID-19). SIP helped us transition to a telemedicine solution in less than two weeks. In hindsight, we were able to accomplish this because SIP had convinced us to standardize the network, security and devices early in our relationship. This allowed us to keep serving our patients while keeping our staff and medical personnel safe.

SIP Oasis has been our third party IT provider for approximately 4 years now and we have not had any bad issues. The are very affordable for the solutions they provide and are extremely quick to respond to any requests, even those after normal business hours. We recently acquired another company and they have been very instrumental in the consolidation of the new entity into our operations.

SIP Oasis is terrific and fits our company's needs perfectly! They understand what we do, and they work proactively to anticipate our needs as our business rapidly grows. SIP Oasis handles all of our IT needs as well as our phone system, and they are always quick to respond to any ticket entered. Their technicians are top-notch and assist in a language I can understand - I don't speak "computer" so they are very patient with me! SIP Oasis is the best in the business and I highly recommend them!

The company I work for has contracted with SIP for many years. We have multiple locations and have a person stationed at our main office full time. He is amazing, and I can't compliment him enough! He has made swapping to new computers and getting everyone setup with software so smooth. Keeping me updated on every step of the process, so I didn't have to follow up. He even thought of things for me, so it would go smoother. Every issue we have had, he has gone above and beyond to solve it.

BEWARE: Sip Oasis - was hired to provide our internet phone service for our small business. For Covid we purchased a new conference phone from them. It took over 2 months to resolve the firmware issue and we were charged ($475) for their time, to fix a brand new phone that should have worked correctly out of the box. Their 'white-glove service' was non-existent and they were impossible to deal with. We replaced them when they threatened to cut off our phone service - the LIFELINE of a small business! If Sip Oasis cannot handle VOIP (Internet Phone Service) we certainly wouldn't trust them with our IT and NEVER with our Security! Proceed at your own risk....

This company was our original Office 365 account supply partner. They decided to get out of that type of service which included discontinuing our accounts. We hoped for assistance with the purchase and set up of the new 365 accounts but they were no help at all. In fact, they were completely clueless about how to even accomplish their side of the separation. So, over a week later and we still cannot access our windows Outlook app. All because a provider who promises but can’t support. Only one decent employee (Mitch) who tries to help but has not been given the tools or support. IMO look elsewhere for your IT needs.I AM a verified former customer and not a competitor seeking to damage your reputation. Paranoid much?
