Useless customer support, won't say when i issue will be fixed so no one is held accountable, and the machine you talk to is absolutely useful as a car with no tires.

Shoutout to Priscilla and her manager at Hoover Spectrum! They turned a frustrating experience into a breeze.Priscilla was perfect — super helpful, patient, and knew her stuff. The manager is amazing as well. Unlike the Homewood location, these guys get customer service and were able to help solve my issue.If you're tired of feeling ignored elsewhere, hit up Hoover Spectrum. Priscilla and her team know how to treat customers right. Big thumbs up! ?

Wonderful staff who are immediate to any of the customers coming in and offering wonderful advice and help. I was in and out in under 20 minutes which was a breeze.

I do not recommend spectrum services in any capacity. We have been waiting months, since April, to get the temporary line replaced with a permanent line. Finally after multiple calls, emails and threats to cancel services they got a team out to install the permanent line. Now it’s been days and no one has come to remove the temporary line and connect us to the new permanent line. After they destroyed our yard and several others to access the lines and told us that the technician would come that same day to switch over services from temp to perm line after they completed installation of the new line. Calls to them and their ridiculously useless automated phone system I finally reached a person who was of no help at all. Only putting in another ticket to get a tech to come finish the job they started in April! It is now August. If I didn’t hate AT&T as much as I hate Spectrum I would’ve switched sooner and avoided this whole situation.The damaged line was a sign from the universe to cancel and switch to someone else and I hate that I didn’t listen. Lesson learned!!

I have been out of work for a week, due to an error on spectrums part. Oh and none of my local stores have equipment. What a joke!

99.00 monthly promotional means your cable and internet will be 189.00. They add a bunch of fees so you will never get the promotional price.

I received an email stating I could return the equipment at this store. The lady at the desk said UPS is the first option to make the returns, I ask her to complete the return at the store as I was already there with the equipment, then she mentioned the system was down. Way too obvious she did not want to do her job, this just confirms I made the right call to switch to AT&T fiber.

Wish I could make the star half. Mind boggling that you can’t return SPECTRUM equipment to the SPECTRUM store. Waited about 20 minutes just to be told they won’t accept the return of their own equipment and instead needed to drive another 15 minutes to a UPS store. Worst customer service. AT&T can’t get fiber in my location soon enough

You can no longer return equipment at the store. You have to go to UPS. They ship it for free. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Went by the store today because I need a new phone. The first sales person I talked to needs to go to work at a car dealership! Her first question was what is your budget? I asked her to show me my options for a Samsung phone. She showed me the display but was unable to answer my questions. How much RAM does it have? She was clueless and walked away saying she would be back shortly. Another young lady came over to help and was also clueless about RAM! She was a bit more helpful, but I don't recommend that you go to this store for technical help in choosing a phone.

I don't even know why there's anyone working there because they do nothing other than type of few things into a computer. You could just scan what you need. They won't take anything back but the main box. They won't even throw anything in the trash for you. They give you inaccurate information. This place could be run by robots. Or scanners.
