“Hoover is the kind of dealership I like to do business with. Coming from a decent amount of time in the car industry, I am familiar with what to look for in a dealership. All of these reviews with one star confuse me. A dealership can do there absolute best to make sure a car is functioning properly, but at the end of the day it’s a used car and they have them for less than 60 days typically. It’s not like they are driving these things with any frequency to catch issues that pop up. I purchased an X3 M40I from Dylan. While my car isn’t perfect and some things popped up shortly after purchase, I am completely happy with my experience and they did everything they could to take care of me. After the pre purchase inspection came back with a coolant leak, Dylan got it in the shop first thing that morning to make sure she was good to go. These guys were incredibly honest with me on price and what they could and could not do. They even picked me up from the airport. Overall I would recommend these guys for their honesty, and if you are really adamant on getting a perfect used car, just go get a PPI so you can decide what problems you are comfortable with.”
