I recently went to USPS to send out three important letters. It was my first time mailing something like this, so I asked the postal office agent to check if everything was correct. She looked over my letters and assured me that everything was good to go.
However, a few days later, the letters were returned to my house because the address information was placed incorrectly — something the agent completely missed.
I had to go back to the post office, spend more time, and even pay again to resend them. I’m frustrated because I relied on their expertise to make sure my letters were sent properly the first time. As trained agents, they should have caught this mistake instead of making me go through the hassle and extra cost.

14 people in line at 530pm and the only teller is doing passports. Can you not schedule those in the afternoon, much less not on a tax day?

They are not efficient in their ability to deliver packages. I’ve had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address with the error being on them

The most rude staff ever. Would give 0 stars if I could. The main man at the counter raised his voice (speaking super loudly) with such a rude tone at customers that did not understand English well as if that would help them understand words like “expedite”. The woman “helping” us called my fiance a “child” because he was unclear on how to remove the tape from one of their boxes. He informed her that he’s 30 years old. Horrible employee attitudes. Speaking down to customers like that is just unacceptable. Will never come back to this location

0 stars!!! The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to stand in line a minimum of 5-10 mins. Most of the employees have some of the worst attitudes ever, I mean come on your job revolves around customer service if you are unhappy with your job then find a new one. The post office needs to get their staff in order and strive to be better especially being in Hoover dealing with hundreds of customers a day!
