I love this particular Walgreens. The store is clean and well organized, with helpful employees. At every store I visit, even in other cities, Walgreens clearly posts their pharmacy hours.

The customer service this morning has been terrible. Long holds and even being hung up on twice. I’m not even sure if it was by mistake or on purpose but just bad. I’ve been calling the pharmacy all morning to speak with the pharmacist and have had no luck since they have been open. Terrible customer service from every person that has answered the phone this morning. The Pharmacist Jessica was nice when i eventually spoke with her.

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. I sat inside while on my phone waiting for them to answer watching them all ignore the phone for over 20 mins. 1 girl picked up once and said please hold and put me back on hold, while they all were doing nothing no other customers and only 3 cars came up to driver through and that was being handled by 1 person.

Been waiting on medicine for over a week, and they lost my prescription, they didn’t even have it in que anymore. Worst place rude customer service and horrible at their jobs. They lie to you too telling you the doctor didn’t put in the order, even after you confirmed with your doctor that they have it.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy, they lie to you, they try and blame the doctors, they texted me 2 days ago my meds are on back order, then I call today sat the 18th of October 2025 and they don’t even have my prescription in Que anymore. They don’t even act like they give a shit.

No problem with any of the pharmacists or most of the girls. The only problem is the slow moving unfriendly girl with glasses that mostly works the window. She seems to never know what she is looking for. Not a people person at all. Acts like me when im of my meds. Either medicate this girl or let her go.

Absolutely the rudest most out of pocket people i’ve ever met. Customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible! They have such bad attitudes an EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there it’s an issue.

This drugstore is horrible. You order meds and go when they say it's ready and a rude person says it's not filled yet. This happens alot. It's so frustrating!
