Horrible delivery service, horrible customer service and attitude. Who wants groceries delivered that smell like cigarette smoke? No one. Who wants groceries delivered that are melted? No one. Who wants groceries that are smashed up and damaged? No one. Typical Walmart service.

I made an order for pick-up. I let them know I arrived, and waited for 25 minutes. I finally called the store- no answer. I went inside to customer service and is closed. I ask for help from an employee, and they were dismissive, and pointed me to customer pick-up, and the area is empty. I ask someone for the manager. The manager had a terrible attitude, and refused to speak to me. They finally found the attendant for customer pick up, and they accused me of only just arriving and tried to give me some one else's order. I finally receive my correct order... when I get home, the eggs in my order were missing an egg from the carton. Terrible service

One of the worst neighborhood markets out there. The staff are rude and uncomfortable to say the least. You have to check every expiration date on the products you are going to purchase. I will never buy meat from this location. You are better off shopping literally anywhere else in the state.

Do NOT use the grocery pickup or delivery here. For 3 days in a row i have had SEVERAL missing items in every single order. One of the orders i received were someone else’s! None of my items. This has happened roughly 10-12 times in the last 3 months. I’m done.

It's always clean and shelves are stocked when we visit. They have plenty of self-checkout options so there is rarely a wait. They have just enough of the most common grocery items that it makes it more convenient to shop here than at a Supercenter.

Most staff are extremely rude. Don’t expect any customer service help, as it’s usually “closed” with an employee behind it on their phone who will ignore you and act extremely rude.

My husband, daughter, and I went through self-checkout today around 3 p.m. We only bought a few essential groceries and some formula. The formula we originally grabbed was priced incorrectly, so we returned it to the shelf and grabbed another brand. After scanning it, we proceeded to pay for our groceries. A younger woman working self-checkout approached us and told us we didn't scan something. Clearly, not intending to steal anything, we asked her what mis-scanned. She just looked at us. We asked to see the list of scanned items so we could figure out what we need to scan again. She just stared at us. So I begin to dig through our groceries and pull out everything so maybe she could at least point to what isn't showing up. She still said nothing. It wasn't until another associate came over and instructed her that her self-checkout device needs to be refreshed sometimes to see recent scans. Again, this girl does not budge. She finally speaks up to claim that we haven't scanned our baby formula, so we went back to the transaction page of the self-checkout screen and showed her where it scanned for upwards of $27. She begins to insist that it is still not on her screen. This woman prevents us from paying and leaving with our CORRECTLY SCANNED groceries until the other associate tells her "Well they clearly scanned it so they are fine." I completely understand that people have a job to do. I completely understand the importance of theft prevention. However, I do not understand the total lack of communication. As a former customer service employee, I am normally very empathic for service workers but there was no excuse for the level or disrespect and embarrassment that we were subject to. I have often had issues with this Walmart when it comes to customer service (the older woman at customer service checkout), but this interaction made me feel like my family were being judged like criminals when someone, clearly, doesn't know how to do their job. We will absolutely be pursuing corporate attention.

I never leave reviews on things but this has got to be the absolute worst store i've ever been to in my entire life. Went to purchase some screen protectors for my new phone and bought not one, but TWO EMPTY BOXES. Paid $20 for two empty boxes that I cannot return since I am no where near hoover. Staff is not friendly either.

Normally, self-check out doesn’t bother me, but tonight it was irritating that it was the only option (meaning there wasn’t even one line open that had a person for a cashier-even though there was not 1 or 2 or 3…. but **4** associates laughing, having a conversation, and on their phones- IN THE self checkout area- leaned against a register- that could have been working a register to help with the 12-15 people in line waiting). One person to help with any issues is totally understandable and even another person watching for shoplifting is about the MAX necessary and that’s only IF there are more than 3-4 working machines (which normally there are at LEAST 2-4 that are lit up red and can’t be used).I don’t need anyone to show me where to go when I’m waiting in line since if I happen to miss Those little green lights on top that were designed to signal when a line was available, the people behind me would quickly let me know.I’ve noticed this to be the trend lately in several places… lines halfway through the store to self-check out while no lines with an actual person are available despite a clearly unoccupied staff standing around. If the places were short-staffed or all the staff members were clearly doing something else, it would be understandable, but that’s not the case. It’s made workers careless, lazy, and Heaven forbid you ask someone a question or for help- they catch an attitude (disgruntled sigh, huff and puff, eye roll, not speaking a word to me)— I’m not sorry you have to actually do your job and I’m definitely not sorry I inconvenienced you to step away from your social conversation or your phone…Walmart has always been notorious for not having enough check out options. I can’t remember the last time I walked into any Walmart, got what I’m buying, and didn’t have to wait a MINIMUM of 5-10 mins in line. I don’t usually mind waiting and try to give them all the benefit of the doubt, but this has gotten so ridiculous.Customer service is garbage when the people paid to help customers act like helping people is the biggest disgust and waste of time. Just a reminder that if you don’t have customers- you don’t have a business- might want to spend more time and put more effort and accountability into the way your employees carry themselves and interact with your one and only reason for staying open.

My husband went in and bought bread and it had mold on it.i called the store and got no answer so he took the bread back into the store. That is dangerous selling moldy food and I could call and have the store reported for this. Be careful when you buy bread or any food item from here. And yes the date was still good on the package but the bread was not.
