“LOVE Duluth! This store seems to have a bigger selection of miscellaneous items than the others I’ve been to. Also the staff here is friendlier than the last one I went to.The stores are always clean, well laid out and well stocked.While you can order anything they have online, being able to actually see, touch and try on the merchandise makes it worth the trip for me. I’ll be back!!”

“This is a great Old Navy location! Everything was super clean and organized. There were a lot of sales going on so we got several things. Line moved quickly and employees were friendly.”
“I found Maxine Furs after another furrier, in Hoover, SERIOUSLY FLUBBED a job that they measured my head for (to provide alterations on two hats I inherited). John, at Maxine Furs of Hoover, did a master job of making both hats fit, and also removed an akward band that the other furrier added to one of my fur hats. Alterations from the other business left both hats much too large. Even turning the thick band inside didn't help the fit-and they would not agree to a fix their measuring error, as requested. John & Silvana also repaired my Pearl fur hat and mink stole when the skins began to break down (I didn't store them upon interitance). John provides superb service as a Master Furrier and works to satisfy customers!”
“Fun store! There is always something there that either me or my daughter just have to have! Also if you sign up online they offer discounts and text you coupons that you can use in store.”

“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“Love, love, love this place! We went to Boot Barn first and we’re disappointed by how rude the the employees were. So we came to Cavender‘s and Grant helped us find the perfect pair of boots for myself and my husband. While we looked at the clothing, he polished our boots and got them looking nice for us. “I have rediscovered JCPenney! This store really has a great selection of clothes, housewares and gifts. I plan on doing all of my Christmas shopping at Riverchase JCPenny this year. I really hope JCPenney corporate invests in this particular store and implements a few upgrades. Nonetheless, the customer service is great and the selection of things is great with great prices.”

“YOU PLAID ME AT HELLO! If you are looking for some lounge like apparel Aerie is the best place to come. They have a little bit of everything to make you feel comfortable. I know this is a very stressful time of year and with Christmas being two days a way everyone is a little bit more on their toes than usual. Why not be stressed but also comfortable? Aerie specializes in comfy lounge wear. They have pajamas both long and short, tons of sweaters and sweatpants too. It is a subdivision of American Eagle apparel which is mainly known for their jeans. Typically I will come into Aerie for their lingerie as they have some of the most comfortable bras and panties that don't break the budget like Victoria secret. This store was busy, but not too too bad. They have an amazing selection and if you are doing some last minute Christmas shopping they are even open late. The variety is fantastic with all sorts of colorful things as well as neutral colored things too. The staff is very friendly and super nice. I noticed that the line was a little too long for my liking so I decided I was going to purchase my items online instead of in store. They were super accommodating and put my items back for me. I will be back for sure.”

Also, the fitting rooms at the Galleria location were closed, so we didn't get the jeans my son wanted since he wasn't able to see if they fit.”
