One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“Huge selection for men and women. Thousands of boots even for bigger guys. Prices are kind of high but theyre reasonable for the most part. The hat bar is amazing with all of the more expensive brands on a wall so you can see them clearly (Resistol, Rodeo King, American, and the Cavenders brand.) Amazing service and the staff is always happy to help. Love coming here!”

“This is a great store. Large selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. I grew up in the '70s shopping with my mom at JCPenney's. This store is laid out like a clothing store should be. Jeans are with jeans, khaki pants are with khaki pants, and shirts are with shirts. They also have a great selection of men's suits and sportswear. Not a jumbled up mess like a lot of the new clothing stores these days.”

“YOU PLAID ME AT HELLO! If you are looking for some lounge like apparel Aerie is the best place to come. They have a little bit of everything to make you feel comfortable. I know this is a very stressful time of year and with Christmas being two days a way everyone is a little bit more on their toes than usual. Why not be stressed but also comfortable? Aerie specializes in comfy lounge wear. They have pajamas both long and short, tons of sweaters and sweatpants too. It is a subdivision of American Eagle apparel which is mainly known for their jeans. Typically I will come into Aerie for their lingerie as they have some of the most comfortable bras and panties that don't break the budget like Victoria secret. This store was busy, but not too too bad. They have an amazing selection and if you are doing some last minute Christmas shopping they are even open late. The variety is fantastic with all sorts of colorful things as well as neutral colored things too. The staff is very friendly and super nice. I noticed that the line was a little too long for my liking so I decided I was going to purchase my items online instead of in store. They were super accommodating and put my items back for me. I will be back for sure.”
“Great place to shop for boots and work/western wear. They did have the boot I was looking for but not in the sole I was looking for. But I found something else. Would definitely recommend going by if you’re in need of some boots. From work to hiking and fashion they have it. Great customer service too.”
“I like Kohl's it's like a cleaner TJ Maxx and better than Ross in terms of not being picked through. I asked an employee if they had a product in stock that I saw online and she seemed to be so annoyed that I didn't say Hi how are you first. She ignored my question and took a step back and said Hi How are you? While giving me a look of annoyance. I understand I should have made small talk first. It's the south but I guess I just needed to get going. I felt embarrassed. I smiled and said good how are you and then repeated my question. She said no. And went back to work. I turned around and the item she said they didn't have had a stack right there lol. I got what I needed but wish I wasn't scolded for not being more friendly. I really do respect everyone. I grew up working in fast food, retail and childcare. Oh well the lady who checked me out was beyond friendly and helpful as I had 3 separate purchases. She let me know right away to sign up for their rewards program so I can get 20% off.”

“Ross is a great place to find great deals on a limited and ever-changing variety of clothing, home goods, and accessories. The prices are up to 75% off retail. The store's a bit unkempt, but perhaps that's the nature of this type of store. The employees are friendly enough, and seem to only mildly hate their jobs. I found some great men's dress shirts, slacks, a 3.00 tie (with a tie clip!), some fragrant candles, and a Calvin Klein hoodie and scarf for the wife, all for less than I'd have paid for a single shirt and slacks anywhere else.”

Also, the fitting rooms at the Galleria location were closed, so we didn't get the jeans my son wanted since he wasn't able to see if they fit.”

Lots of clearance items to choose from around the time we shopped. We recieved great value for out money.
