We had the best stop! The bathrooms smelled so good and were obviously recently cleaned. Great hot food and snack options. Would def recommend for future visits. They even had 2 self-checkout kiosks!!

I always appreciate stopping at Love's Travel Stops during our road trips. The staff is consistently friendly, the restrooms are clean, and there's a surprisingly good selection of fresh fruit and vegetable cups—perfect for travelers looking for a healthier alternative to typical road snacks.
One of the biggest reasons we choose Love's is because we travel with two fur babies, and it's one of the few places where they can safely stretch their legs. The fenced-in pet area is a fantastic amenity, and Love's even provides waste bags to help keep the space clean.
However, my only complaint isn’t about Love’s itself—it’s about some of the pet owners who use these facilities. Despite the provided bags and clearly marked pet areas, many people still don’t clean up after their pets. Even if the station runs out of bags, responsible pet owners should carry their own. It’s not the staff’s job to clean up after your pet, and it’s unfair to other travelers who want to enjoy a clean space.
Love’s is doing its part—now it’s up to us as pet owners to do ours. Do better pet owners!

If this is the truck stop on 65n before Montgomery al the lady that was there was all by herself
She had the best attitude
Someone needs to phrase her and give her a raise

Great place for a quick pit stop for the i65 traveler. A large variety of fresh or bagged snacks, clean, well maintained restrooms, and reasonable gas prices. Plenty of parking and fresh sandwiches at the subway.

Ladies that work the subway, chesters, godfather pizza have the the worst attitude and have no business cussing customers and being rude. We simply walked out instead of going ahead with our ordered and they proceeded to taunt us as we walked away. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had customer service.

Bathroom wasn't very clean when I was there just now. But there was an employee leaning against the wall blocking the machine that asked you to rate the cleanliness. That same employee pressed the button he wanted you to press each time someone walked out.

Subway girls are just bad for business. All four girls are just standing around talking about inappropriate things and not working or paying attention to the customers. They have bad attitudes when serving guests. I was getting subway but after not getting notice I got chesters instead. Thank you Chester guys Curtis and Jordan for great service

Long line of customers and female employees at subway would rather cut up, laugh, use cellphones, and have personal conversations instead of pay attention to customers ordering food.
I had to repeat my self several times while trying to order sandwiches. I was overcharged as well by several dollars but it wasn't worth waiting in the line and listening to employees laughter for a refund. Thanks Stephanie. Won't be back
