This location is a joke it's nasty unkept and management is a joke but that's what you get from kids. Told me to leave so I did because I really didn't want to stay there anyway but was running out of time and needed fuel. Got what I needed and kept moving on won't be back for sure to that dumb. Park anywhere they don't care.

Mr. Jaylin!!! What a manager. I was threatened and assaulted in the parking lot by another truck driver and Jaylin was right on top of it. He had the police here in minutes and had the truck driver hauled out of here with no problem. I’ve been to this truck stop a million times. I’ve been driving for 20 years and never had an issue here before. Jaylin made sure I was ok and asked me repeatedly if there was anything he could do for me. What a good guy and a professional. He deserves the most. I appreciate what him and his team did. I can’t remember the other employees on duty but they all were very helpful. 6/30/25 is the date I was here. Give Jaylin a raise and his team. Good to know there are still good people out there that look out for your best interest. Thank you guys.

Jaelyn deserves to be Employee of the yr.... he handled a disgruntled customers like a real man who cares about his customers! Customer Service and professionalism was on point concerning 2 drivers in the parking lot... making everyone feel safe after making the problematic driver leave after threatening another driver. Cops int his area were above par as well!!!!!

NO WATER PRESSURE
Was told by a manager that they were working on it
DIDN'T OFFER A REFUND FOR THE SHOWER
WAS TOLD WE COULD GET A FREE COFFEE
SHOWERS ARE $18
COFFEE $2
HOW IS THAT FAIR
Plus, Denny's is no longer open there

Parking was adequate for the time of day I arrived. Showers were backed up. Drivers waiting over an hour. Not sure if short staffed. Cashiers were friendly and greeted everyone that walked in. Food looked fresh but needed to be replenished as it was running low. The store and fuel pump area was surprisingly clean. There were other options for overnight truck parking nearby. We even went through each and decided on this place because of Dennys but was disappointed to find it closed. The sign should be taken down and website updated. Overall I found it a decent place to stop. Haven't used the shower or restrooms yet. Hoping they will be fine.

5/17/25 @ 3pm What a filthy dirt hole and ripoff this place is.
Got a slice of crust with a little pizza , brought it to the managers attention and he couldn't care less , just started talking to someone else.

Maybe Flying Hook should take down the Dennys sign. I was hoping for a decent meal tonight. After going inside and not finding a real restaurant, I went over yo Loves. They have bigger parking spaces and a DQ across the street.

The restroom is pretty gross. There's fecal matter on the seats. The toilets aren't installed correctly so they're sitting at weird angles in the stalls. There's nowhere to hang a bag, coat, umbrella etc. Let's hope the shower is at least decent.

Be careful fueling here. I fill up today and drove for an hour then got message about water in fuel, I was wondering why the fuel was cheap $3 a gallon
