“Beautiful clothes and fantastic staff. They treated my special needs daughter like a princess while we shopped. She wanted to wear one of the newly purchased outfits out of the store (which led to us forgetting her original outfit). They tracked us down and brought her dress to my place of work. They were absolutely precious about it! 10/10 recommend!”

“So I was in town at Lake Guntersville when I visited the Factory Connection! It's been years since I visited a Factory Connection as we do not have one in Birmingham, Alabama. We used to have a Factory Connection in Greenville Mississippi but that was more than 30 plus years ago! I was so happy to Shop there again! As usual the clothes were of great quality and the clearance prices was over the top! The young lady that work in the store was very nice! I haven't had that kind of service in a while. I will be sure to revisit this location when I am in town again!”

“I’ve drove by this store thousands of times and never stopped. I had my niece with me who was searching for the perfect first day of school outfit. We had shopped everywhere with no luck. I pulled in here and was blown away! Boy had we been missing out! They have such a large selection of everything. There’s no way you can’t find exactly what you are looking for. Needless to say, I have a 15 year old niece with the “perfect” outfit now. Will definitely be returning regularly! Don’t pass this place by!”
