“This dollar general is okay well stocked , the employees are very nice . The store is clean well put together for it to be a older location. Almost all the dollar generals have different items on clearance left over from what ever didnt sell. I like to shop and i like good prices most of all i like clean stocked stores . “Always friendly and professional. Employees always busy not standing around on their phones. Good variety to choose from. It is my "Go To" place. Our church buys a tremendous amount of Christmas there for our church children and economically challenged people in our community. It is great for quick grocery and laundry items, toiletries, snacks, gifts...a large variety without being too huge! Love it! Affordable!!!!!”
“I really like their store the customer service is really nice in checkout! I like their deals and how most stuff is affordable and good quality. We need more Alanis and Red Bulls there because Alleyway Entertainment workers need some caffeine after work(#tiredaftermyshift) ALSO WE NEED MORE OF THOSE TOUCHLAND DUPES THEY ARE GOOD!”
“Excellent costumer service. The lady at the front pretty friendly. I was confused with some deals and she helped me with them. Also, she checked the availability and she show me which ones were. I'm admire that bc I had never experienced something like that, other places are kind of rude or they don't care if you're making the right steps to get the deal. Thank you ma'am!”
“I had been looking for a few particular items to craft with. I had gone to another Dollar Tree and purchased different items to make this DIY, because thought they might work. However, they didn’t. I checked at other Dollar Tree stores around my area, but not one item I needed. Then I remembered this Dollar Tree. I did need to return the other items that I couldn’t use , but I decided to see if they had what I needed before taking the other items in. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a Hello…that was nice. I proceeded through the store looking in the isles for the things I needed. Well, I found what the other stores didn’t have. I was so excited and tired. I have to use a walker because of my disability. Anyway, after I finished shopping, I went to the register. I told the cashier that I had an exchange and needed to go to the car to get it. She was very gracious about having to wait. Btw, her name is Jewell. I came back to exchange the three bags of items. Again, she was very nice. I explained to her about looking at the other stores and not able to find what I was needing until I came here. I said that I would be shopping here from now on. Jewell and the manager in duty were very nice and helpful. Also the store was clean and more organized than the other stores had been going to. I wanted to give a big shout out to Jewell for being so helpful and kind during my visit. Thank you Dollar Tree for employing such an awesome lady!! ?”
“Jana does a wonderful job working. Please give her a raise plus vacation ham and turkey. I love this place. Good people here. Every one needs a raise. It's up to the Boss ? Thanks ?”
“It’s a Dollar Store. Sometimes it’s well stocked. Sometimes it looks like it was hit hard. But they do a good job of restocking pretty quickly. They have all the basics and even some refrigerated items like eggs and milk.”
“Good store to shop but needs to keep better stock . why shop somewhere if they don't have what you need waste of time to even go. just go to the stores that you know your guaranteed to get what you need”
“Hello my name is Jonathan I'm the new Store Manager here and I have been going over all these reviews from over the yrs. I just took this store over September 22 of this year. For all of you who had bad experiences I am sorry that it wasn't a great experience for you. I would like for all of you to come back with your business and check us out once more. If you have any issues whatsoever please ask for me anytime. Thank you all. It is my job to make sure you have a great experience in this store. I am working very hard on getting this store back to where it should be. I want all customers to enjoy their time with us and have a great experience please give us another try.”
“Out of all the Dollar Stores in Albertville Al. this is about the only one that seems to be able to manage in keeping their shevels completely stocked, especially in the Pet items department.”
