Terrible customer service, reps and managers are being dishonest towards the customer and doing a horrible job of notating. Feels as they are just lying/saying anything to get the customer off the phone! Very inconsiderate as a company! Definitely leaving the company and have internet, phone, & cable with you all!

Casi in Hueytown store greeted me refreshingly, while assisting another customer. She made my visit to the store enjoyable! She tried to resolve my issues with my old phone, only to end up inviting me to a new phone. A great salesman. She's a keeper!
