I just recently swapped from walgreens to cvs and i had a very calm and enjoyable visit to cvs this afternoon while picking up my prescription. The staff was very nice and helpful and very fast. The store was clean and well organized.

The people who work the pharmacy are RIDICULOUS! You sell something behind the counter but you can’t sell it at the window? I get you can’t sell a drink at the window but something that’s behind counter that you have no access to other than the pharmacy giving it to you and you make someone park and walk in for it after sitting in line then smarting off at customers saying “This drive thru isn’t a McDonald’s”? Smart mouthing like that will have customers going elsewhere to spend their money, I know I will. Save your time and use Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy, it will keep your blood pressure from raising.

On today 4/12/2021 I went to CVS Drive thur window to get a new prescription filled the guy repeating what the so called pharmacist was telling stating that my insurance would only covers two pills although my doctor had wrote it for 3 pills. He said I could get 2 and then come back tomorrow and let them run it for the one pill left on the prescription. I said well I will just pay for the one because I didn't want to come back. He said I couldn't do that so I said I will just pay of all 3 and the come back next week and have my insurance ran. He told me I wouldn't be getting a refund. I told him he can't tell me when I have my insurance ran that's my choice. This boy not man but boy told me that he wasn't going to fill it at all. I told him I'm not moving until he fill it or call the police and he called the police. I will never buy ANYTHING from any CVS This was so wrong he had no reason to refuse me service!!! These are not those days We deserve respect and good customer service. Our money is green too!!!!! Just racist mad because he couldn't think for me!!! This is NOT the end trust me

On 3-16-2021, at approximately 8:25pm I began calling CVS in Hueytown Alabama because one of my blood pressure medications had been destroyed (last 3 pills) and I needed to refill. Three times the automated service did not recognize my Rx number and three times the pharmacy cut me off before I got someone on the phone. Finally I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. The night shift leader tried to connect me to the pharmacy but could not. She came back and said there was a phone issue. She said I could call in the morning. I explained my situation and she said there was nothing she could do, she then said the pharmacist was too busy to come to the phone. I was angry because she did not care to try and help. She even asked, what do you want me to do? I told her that I would write my info down and take it to the pharmacy. It is frightening that I have depended on CVS for years to get the medicine to keep me alive. They do not care
