Everyone is very helpful at any time you go to the store for any reason. They make you feel valued and heard. And, the store has a good ole down home feeling as if you were in the days of walking into the feed and seed with your family and everyone could not wait to make you their friend .

My stepson broke his truck key in his door. Brought it into the store to see if they could copy the key. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he not only copied the key but it cranked my stepson's truck right up no issue! Thankful for him.

You can't say that filling propane bottles gives you more propane that's obvious for the people that come fill them, as an excuse to charge just as much as an exchange. charge by the gallon like everyone else or we will drive the extra miles to go to Tractor Supply like everyone else here does no wonder they're always out. Tractor Supply can put the same amount of propane in my bottle for $9 less a bottle then you guys do that's pretty steep guys come on I might as well have just drove down the street and did a propane tank exchange instead of the extra miles to go down there when I'm paying the same amount yeah you get an extra 10 to 15% in your tank the Tractor Supply can do the same thing for $9 a bottle less. I can fill two bottles there for $6 more than it takes to fill one bottle at your place. If you need propane just go elsewhere people that's a bit steep.

While building a fence I ran into mold on boards from another company I had used. Hueytown hardware not only carried them but loaded them into my car for me. From the desk clerk to the gentlemen in the lumber yard they couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone was smiling and friendly and SO helpful.

I use this store often and they have always had everything I've needed. Specialty drill bits, drain openers for super tough clogs, really small specialty paint brushes, basically anything I've needed for diy projects they've had.

Came in and check on cat repellent. I asked about the item. I just wanted it to drive them off my property and the salesman said do you have a BB gun or 22 rifle? That is the way to get rid of them. I just walked out of the store.bad advice.

The way I'm treated by the older woman behind the register that has white hair.She acts like it's a bother to have to wait on me and if she has to do anything extra for me..she sighs in aggravation.My money is green too.She makes me not to do business in there. She's rude and not friendly. I've never seen her even smile.If she doesn't want to be there then she needs to go home.
