My boyfriend got me a gift card so i went there last monday, 5/12, i got my engagement nails done. Before he can even propose, today, sunday, 5/18 a nail breaks off after me adjusting a bra strap. i have never been to a salon where my nails break that earlier or EVER. Not coming back.

I came here because the place I usually go to up the road looked crowded and this place was mostly empty.The pedicure was fine but the manicure ended up looking kind of rough. Honestly neither were worth what I had to pay for them. Then, I was sent to the nail dryer table and I guess they forgot about me or something because I sat there for an hour before I was able to pay. I watched them give two other pedicures while I was just sitting there. It really wasn’t even super busy. I felt like I was being ignored, but all I needed to do was pay so I’m not sure why. Overall I should have just went to my usual place up the road because they would’ve had me in and out a lot faster for a cheaper price.

I normally have a good experience here. I took my toddler and teenager today and it was different. No one greeted me as I walked in ( even though everyone else after me was greeted right away) I was not given the gel polish I wanted for either of us and all of or nails are smeared and messed up. I could've done this at home. I even tipped all 3 individuals because I was expecting the usual service. Very disappointed this time.

I got a full set and they're cute just very crooked and they're lumpy as well. He made sure he picked the right colors that I wanted though! The filing was bad and not even.

They really care about you there! They'll tell you if something's wrong with your nails and advise you on a healthy path. Actually put you, your nails above all else! Would recommend to anyone! Never plan on taking my wife anywhere else and she wouldn't want me to either!
