went here this morning. i got two poweraids, said 4.50/2. lady at front told me it was 5.59 and it didnt matter if it said there was a promotional. AND did not give me the chance i needed. she gave me four dimes, i handed her six dollars. dont shop here if you want honesty. she did not offer a receipt and frankly had attitude. this is the second time woman has done to me.

I went to this Shell on 10-13-2024 around 3:30 AM to get a product behind the counter and I was having trouble with the worn out chip on my debit card. The employee that was working didn't even try to help me at all. Instead he said my card wouldn't work and to use a different one. Then he told me twice he needed the product back, but said it in a furious manner. Do you guys just automatically assume people are going to steal? I don't grab products from the counter until after I have completed my transaction as paid. He could clearly see that I never touched anything off the counter and you guys have cameras. I had to explain loudly that I hadn't touched the product and it was still on the counter. I will be ending any and all future business with this location. This place also doesn't have a public restroom available for use when it's needed. It's always a new excuse with me or my wife. They say it needs cleaning and they never get around to it. I recommend everyone checkout Murphy's because they are the best gas station in Hueytown!

THANK YOU!! I always get gas at shells as I can use my rewards and this is the only gas station that has done this ever. I stop to get gas before I went to work and this customer appreciation was right on time!!!

My husband had a job near by and ran out of gas. He went to shell to see if they had a gas can ,they did not. Trina went way out of her way to helped him out so that he could get on the road again. We are very appreciative of her kindness!!

This past Friday I was refused service because I was trying to present my military id to purchase beer. I'm a retired ARMY Veteran and use my military id every where because it is a legal identification. After I was refused service I asked for the manager because the policy was posted inside the store..as I showed the clerk the policy ; she still refused me service.I think the manager name was Arnold..not sure.. Please make corrections
