I have a package that they are holding hostage from me. The package is an iPhone charger. Something so trivial it doesn’t need a signature for it to be delivered. I have never had a problem with them delivering my mail but this package seems to be something completely different. The driver wouldn’t deliver my package for some reason (didn’t leave a reason or excuse) and when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it and that I would have to drive back with my license matching the address it is addressed to (of course I haven’t updated my licenses so a whole new problem). The workers are rude and have no class. They don’t seem to understand that I live in Hueytown so there should be no problem delivering my mail or packages. I swear Hueytown has problems with everything. Crazy how some people get jobs working with the public when they have no manners to begin with.

They have continuously refused to deliver our mail claiming they can't access our mail box or that we have moved it is someway (that mail box is exactly in the same spot as when we bought the house)
I have bought and installed a brand new mailbox on the road side and the driver actually looks at it as she drives right past

I)'ve had packages arrive here and then be sent to Texas,Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Opelika just tk name a few. I had 3 packages arrive on Monday y morning at 4 am, 4 packages arrived at 7am the same day. The 3 packages are still at the post office saying preparing for delivery. Yet I got 4 packages today that arrived an entire day later than the other 3 that still say being prepared for delivery. A joke

Diamond at the Hueytown location is not pleasant to work with and not customer friendly. I asked for manager to give me a call regarding mail concerns and as of today, I have not receive a call. If you don't like your job or position you are in, please look for another job that will make you happy.

The worker there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Why would she ask me to reach out to a California post office when the company have all the notes. My sons obituary was being send and she did not care at all that it was not send. Professionalism is key. She failed

I've always had polite carriers and bought a larger mailbox so they can put packages inside mailbox to save walking up my long yard. I've had no problems with my mail deliveries. They are short handed at times, which leads to later night deliveries, but I get my mail.

We have had an online store for years. I ship packages daily and never had a problem. They are always nice and courteous as well.

I live on a busy highway and a package was delivered and just laid on the ground by my mailbox. We can't even see our mailbox from our house my husband just happened to see the package when he went to the street to get garbage can. Tried numerous times to call but no answer.
