Went in on a Friday night and lots of people were in line a woman comes up out of nowhere breaks they line and Pam which is an employee at University drive location in Huntsville Alabama let everyone go in front of me I ask what was going on and she responded in a mean way I asked her name and was told they couldn't give that information I will never visit this store again and I suggest you do the same because they don't care about any customers

We walked inside the store and AT NO TIME did they say ANYTHING about my daughter being in the store until we were about to purchase. We were in there a good 10 minutes before anybody said anything. We are visiting from out of town but NOBODY said anything. She did not touch anything. She did not ask any questions but now it’s a problem. Poor communication and terrible customer service.
