DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I called and asked prior to dropping my phone off could it be fixed on Wednesday. By Thursday at 3pm I returned because I was told it would be done. It was not. I was understanding and returned at Friday.
Friday at 5 pm…. I sat until almost close for them to try to sell me an unresponsive screen. Here Saturday. The younger guy in the front is being very unprofessional. I’m trying to be respectful…here they are putting back my same screen on… 5:30 Saturday 50+ hours later

I have a priceless device to me that was Destroyed, and Ace Mobile SAVED MY REALITY!!!
unfortunately I don't save my login information, so when my device was totaled, literally decades of information was lost to me.
Payment and words can't express my gratitude for bringing my device back to life.

I broke it, they fixed it...
I broke it again and they fixed it again??
My screen was 'outdated', but it was imperative that I have access to the original content on my phone, so they did everything they could and in less than 24 hours I had my original phone back working in mint condition ?

Words can't express how grateful I am for the quality, fairness and speedy service! I have had to get many devices repaired in my time, and this is hands down the only place that I trust with my devices, period!

Alex was great he had the part for my phone and took his time to do it right he listened to me when I was talking about my wife telling him she was my Hero I'm telling you if you need anything go here Alex was great, I had the paper for my phone and took the time to get it right. He listened to me when I talked about my wife and told her that she was my hero. I'm telling you if you need anything, go here.

About to walk in Ace for the 4th time since I've lived nearby. Each time I've been here- mainly for cracked screens we have received EXCELLENT service. As a mother of 2 teenagers- phone repair is important in our family. The price is right also! 2 times we've gotten screen repairs he's thrown in free screen protectors and installed them! We never expect it but are grateful for it! If you need a cell phone repaired- try ACE out. You won't regret it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff here is very rude and unprofessional. While having a conversation, one of the staff members Talked over me, yelled, and hung up in my face. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
