Update - attempted to upgrade on 2/11/2026. They tried to sell me a Google Nest 2nd Gen Camera for $319. The MSRP is $149. They did this for the doorbell as well.
I was able to talk the prices down to retail, get a permanent reduction on my bill, and free installation.
