I stopped by this store just to get Water for my two puppies at 7 in theorning before a long trip and had the pleasure of encountering Rachel, She is extremely friendly and helpful and a real definition of the phrase "Southern Hospitality." A real gem of a person who deserves all the best in life at work, an asset to any team and should really be the manager or more for Advance Auto Parts!

Spent $200.00 dollars here and had to use the bathroom and was told that bathrooms are not for the public. I won't spend money where I can't use the bathroom.

Went to 7 stores trying to find the right belt for a supercharged Honda civic si. I was about to lose hope until I met Travis. A1 service from that guy. That boy needs to be a store manager and train people how to give a truly exceptional experience. 10/10 for Travis!

Don’t buy a battery from these guys. We went in to exchange a 12 v battery, because when I got it home, it failed to crank my ATV. So I tested it myself and it read 10.4 volts. Took it into the store and they tested it, their machine read 9.4 volts. Now, all I wanted was a new battery To replace the faulty one they sold me for over 100 dollars. Not going to happen, they said. They wanted to charge this faulty battery back up and send it back home with me. They also tried telling us we only had 30 days to return these, which we were still inside, and after calling corporate, they informed us we have up to 90 days to return batteries. So we headed over to the Bob Wallace location since moores mill denied our services. Jason at the Bob Wallace location tested the battery and their machine stated it was a defective battery. They gave us a brand new one with no problems or questions asked and we got it home and we cranked right up. Steer clear of this location. They don’t care about their customers, only saving their own location money and hassles that they caused by selling a defective battery in the first place.

I went in for a tail light bulb. They searched their computer and told me 2 different numbers and said the LED was a good upgrade and would be brighter. I went that route and it makes my blinker blink fast. Then the guy was rude when I tried to return the $25 bulb they recommended. They should be more knowledgeable before suggesting things! Now I’m out $25.

By far the best service I’ve ever gotten. Pete and Travis were so helpful and friendly and never hesitated help. They worked with me while buying parts for new brakes. I had no idea where to even start and Pete made sure he got me the right parts at the best price. So thankful I went in that night ?
