Staff are super friendly and helpful! Everything inside was clean and lots of supervision by the staff so the kids didn’t get out of hand. Very happy to spend a birthday here.

This was our first time visiting Altitude and John made it a fabulous experience. We had the best time and John even had to come pull me out of the foam pit. Thank you John for helping us have a fun experience.

This place is awesome! The space is nice and open. The kids can run and jump to their heart’s content. There are also a few arcade games for a change of pace. My kid had a blast and was able to get a ton of energy out.

I’ve been to altitude plenty of times and always had a great experience. This time I booked a private party room and when I say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Britney was my party coordinator and she did an amazing job!!! She helped so much and checked on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. John was the manger and he did an amazing job as well, even when one of or kids lost their shoes he made sure to find them. Britney and John did an amazing job and if I was the owner of this place I would definitely give them a raise. I’ll be coming back soon.

We had my little girl sixth birthday party at the trampoline park. Our host was absolutely amazing the general manager John was so helpful with everything , it was absolutely perfect I could not ask for a better party or a better time we will definitely be back to do this again!

When me and my family were jumping one of my cousins found a piece of human feces in one of their foam pits. When he got out of the foam pit it was smeared on the back of his shirt.

We love altitude! I had my sons party there one year and we had Spider-Man come jump with everyone! Altitude was thrilled to welcome Spider-Man. Although I don’t like the way they do parties, everything has a time limit and all together I think my kids had maybe 45 minutes total jumping. Everything else was in the party room. Super clean though! And the employees were nice!

I would not recommend this place at all. Many reasons, too many to list. Also creepy management. Looking for a better place? Look up Flow Huntsville. That place is so much better it’s not even funny. And there's a new Urban Air coming up too.
Response to altitudes response: I have zero affiliation with either of you. I have an eight year old and he agrees with me too. They are just hands down better.
