This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The commercial for 2 for $79 is what got me to go to the store. I had my exam and when the gentleman that was fitting me for glasses he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and told me the glasses would be over $500. I asked for other options and he gave me no other options. He’s words “I don’t know what I can do for you”.Your employees need better training on customer service. It is very apparent it is about the money for the company and not for the customer.Returning customers will bring in more money than one time of being disrespected. I will keep anyone from going to the store to protect them from being treated as hateful as I was.PSNot your friendGustavo Morales!!!!???

The staff was very courteous, pleasant and efficient. I was in and out of my exam, with frames picked out and lenses ordered, within an hour.In particular, Shana was very nice and helpful in assisting me in picking out frames that suited my needs (I have a very high prescription and am very nearsighted). After a coupon, this was also by far the most affordable trip to an eye doctor to get new lenses that I've ever experienced.10/10, would recommend these folks

I lost the screw to my eyeglass frames and walked in at the South Parkway location to ask if they could be fixed. The receptionist, Ms. Erin, jumped up and got right to work. My glasses had a hard-to-find screw, but Ms. Erin kept working to make sure my frames were usable. She was amazing and saved the day!Thank you, Ms. Erin and the team at America's Best!

I went here a month ago. The lady checking my insurance said I was covered. I got my exam. Came back out to find out I WAS NOT covered, however she left for the day so could not be contacted. Then I was given their brand contacts that are killing my eyes. I’m trying to get them to change them. They won’t unless I go back in for a follow up. Madison office says I don’t need a follow up appointment, but Huntsville says I do. I’m not paying another penny to this horrible place. Doc was okay but the staff is HORRIBLE!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!So, this place was horrible, I’ll never put my feet there again! I scheduled an appointment and went to get the $79,99 offer and I thought I was having a good deal, they haven’t explained anything to me or mention the whole misleading in this offer. I had the option online to schedule two exams (one for contacts and one for glasses ), then I found out that I have to pay for the contact lenses exam, and the $79.99 are actually for a ( very bad and old fashioned ) pair of frames (the glass lenses are not included).The team… I can say their whole vibe was more than horrible, as a foreign person, I’ve never felt uncomfortable in a place in the US like that. They’re not nice or welcoming, it’s like they’re not happy with the people being there (or maybe certain people), they don’t take time to explain or help, they were sitting there talking about clothes websites. And one the employees I don’t know what she said to her colleague, and the other one start saying "it’s a language barrier, it’s a language barrier", and we were two foreign people there so I don’t know if she was talking about me or them.The doctor was okay.Anyways, it was a bad experience, bad team, bad place, bad offer. Do not go there.

Staff was really nice. My last experience there wasn’t that great, but it’s clear they have new staff that is doing a wonderful job. The optometrist was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and what I did and didn’t need to be concerned about in terms that were understandable.

From the receptionist to the Assistant GM to the doctor, all have been fantastic to work with at the Madison store. Glasses weren’t quite right but they are working to make it right.

Bad experience. Staff rude. Staff could care less about customer. Appt canceled by you at the last minute. Could not get another for two weeks. Glasses did not arrive on time. No call from you. When we called, we were told you could tell us nothing. In fact, we were told you had no idea about where the glasses came from, no way to check, no control. These comments do not pertain to doctor. What a shame you make affordable glasses such a demeaning experience. Shame on you.
