“I was just visiting the area and I went in to find a particular green yarn. I am making a shawl for my niece's wedding and she asked for a sage green. There were so many choices here and when I found the color, there was only one left. I found a very helpful and very sweet lady named Sonya and asked her if there any left. She told me there was a truck coming in the next day. She took my name and number down and called me later to let me know she had found two other options, sent me a picture and then when I went back the next day, dug through all the boxes until she found what I needed. She went above and beyond her job to make sure something as simple as a couple packs of yarn were found. Thank you Sonya! You're the best! I will definitely send people your way! “I was just here at the store on 72, Madison and I was talking with Rosemary about a sale. There was a man at the return counter talking so rudely about Rosemary and the store. He obviously was upset that he wasn’t getting the attention he wanted for some odd reason. Rosemary was doing her job by interacting with a customer about a sale item. This man was rude to both the cashier and Rosemary for no reason. This behavior of a customer is unacceptable. Rosemary did her job by being polite and helpful. Love this store and her staff.”
