I went to the Whitesburg location first, and didn’t have a great experience or the help I needed. But Joey and Jordan were great here. They got me squared away. I’d highly recommend this location

Jordan, the sales rep on memorial parkway was beyond helpful. She assisted me with every part of adding a line and upgrading my phone. The experience was overall very nice and I’d like to give her a shoutout for it

Joey and Jordan were the absolute BEST! After being jerked around in the Decatur, AL store, I went to this location. Joey solved the problem instantly, as well as helped me to upgrade to a new phone. I will go to this location from now on, even though it's further away for me.

When you visit ask for Jordan. Is was a wonderful associate at this location. She was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products and what AT&T offered. She even went the extra mile to check other locations in hopes of getting the problem resolved. Oh, she has great conversation and a bright big smile so you won't get overwhelmed during your visit. Purchased phone from AT&T and it stop working about 2.5 weeks later. Would not turn on. I went to this store seeking to return per AT&T website's instruction for returns which said go to an ATT Store or call a 1-800 number. I went to this store and they said go home and call the 1-800 number. Apparently , this store does not provide customer service.

Great experience, Jordan was very impressive, handling multiple customers at once while not disregarding or ignoring any of them either. She was kind and conversational, unlike most service employees who sound like they don’t want to be there. She truly loves her job. Also, love all the windows at this location.

Came in for a NextUp trade in. Jordan provided a phenomenal experience, and was both friendly and professional. When they didn't have the phone I wanted in the back, her colleague Joey (I think? Perhaps Jody, I'm sorry!) went out of her way to open and search newly arrived inventory in sealed boxes until she found one for me. Entertaining, benevolent; a sublime experience from start to finish. I'll come back to this store specifically because of my experience here.

Out of all the stores I have dealt with in the area, this store had both the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra I wanted and the expedience I expected for the transaction. Wesley the manager was both knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and the store's team worked with us over the course of two days to make sure me and my wife were taken care of. She and I are very satisfied!

Justin assisted me on Friday and did an amazing job. He was the only one working and managed to help all 3 customers waiting. His time management was perfect! As being an assistant store manager, he would definitely be an amazing manager. Down to his leadership skills, accountability and maintaining the flow of all the customer needs. Truly helped me tremendously!

This is absolutely the worst place that I have experiences. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I am à 67 year old female on disability. My husband is à disabled veteran. We are on a fixed income and explained that in the beginning. I was told that I would recieve my phone free with my old phone trade-in. That was a lié. I was billed 999 for the phone and had chargesthat were not explained. So when I recieved this Bill, I took the phone back to cancel everything. I tried leaving messages for 2 weeks. Nobody returned my call. So we drove there, which is an hour from our résidence. The manager would not do a return because it had been 17 days and apparently they give you 14 days to return. Which again, we weren't told this. The manager justified this by saying that the employee was new.We finally left the phone and accessoires and told them that we will not pay.I have never been treated this way! We are cancelling everything that we have At&T.Câble, internet, etc. All because of this location. Be careful what you sign. This manager apparently preys on taking an advantage of elderly women.
