I’ve had State Farm auto insurance for years, and recently needed to use their roadside tow service for the first time. I was shocked at how efficient and fast it was!
I made the call, sent the vehicle location, and they kept me updated every step of the way - when the tow truck was en route, during pickup, and at drop-off. They had my vehicle picked up and delivered to the repair shop before I even got home.
Outstanding communication and service when I needed it most. Highly recommend!”

Not only is the price right - extremely affordable, it is a great deal compared to those advantage plans everybody pushes because those are loaded with co-pays (no co-pays with FirstCommunity!). Leah Plunkett is incredibly responsive — she answers any question we have within 15 minutes (no exaggeration!). She’s always on top of everything. And Bill himself goes above and beyond. When we had a major house disaster more than 10 years ago, he showed up first thing in the morning with McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches and reassured us that everything would be taken care of — and it was.
