I moved to Huntsville, AL for a job offer a little over a year ago. Moving to Huntsville, I left every single person I love. So, it was very important to me to find a daycare for my newborn that would love her & treat her like their own. Since, my family would be 5 hours away.It was truly a blessing to find Bailey Cove!!! They have been tremendous & loving!! They keep me updated on her feedings, if she’s pulling her ears, her poop, if they feel she’s ready to move to the next feeding stage. It’s awesome to see an organization that has employees that cares and love their job. To trust someone to provide daily care for your child is tough & Grace started daycare at only seven weeks old. It was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make but God truly blessed me with a daycare that has patience, understanding & sympathetic. Eventually I’ll return back to Mobile and it’ll be difficult to find a new daycare that loves my baby like you guys do!!!!! #director lex & infant 1& 2

Our child attended this center for the past 5 years. Through the years, he has been under 6 directors and 4 assistant directors. There was frequent staff turnover before which was a little bit concerning but current staff has been there for awhile now. My child was lucky to have caring teachers, and has learned so much. Current staff are awesome under the helm of Ms. Lex, the assistant director, who is probably the best so far. We loved Ms. Mya and Ms. Love for being great teachers. Don't let the bad reviews from the previous years/months deter you from enrolling your child. We observed that the administration handles the issues right away with the parties involved. So give this center a chance.

I'm just glad I took my kids out of this place, and it just took 2 weeks of them being there to be able to make the decision.

Words can’t even describe how I feel. It’s just sad, I applied to be a teacher could not go through with it. My heart hurts for those babies.

We've been at this location for over a year now and couldn't be happier. There was some high turnover rates a while ago when daycares all across the country were struggling to find staff, but everyone was transparent about the situation the whole time. My child's current teacher is fantastic, the new director is very professional and caring, the program coordinator fills in rolls whenever/wherever she is needed, and the assistant director really stepped up when needed and is always a friendly, smiling face at drop off and pick up. Each teacher I've interacted with treats my kid like family, whether they work with them on a frequent basis or not. I get calls whenever anything goes amiss (like symptoms that a cold is coming on) and frequent check-ins, pictures through the day, and a little recap when I pick up. I'm glad to know that my child is in a place that treats them with love and attention.

My child attended not even a full year at this location and yet we have had so many problems. They have a high turn over rate, you can pull up and see their “hiring” signs at drop off & pick up!! There was a period of time where my child’s class did not have a teacher for 2-3 months or a director for a couple of months, but they still expected tuition to be paid. Some of the staff are extremely unprofessional and most of them are “friends” outside of work, creating a conflict of interest. So you know how it goes when you work with your “buddy”! I also had an issue where one of his teachers sent inappropriate pictures of my child to his noncustodial parent, after specifically asking the staff not too on a few occasions. Kindercare has an app where they send Parents updates on your child throughout the day, there is no reason why anyone should personally be texting a parent the kid does not live with, updates without BOTH parents knowledge. I even had an issue where they unenrolled my child from the center an entire WEEK before telling me, after being in constant contact with the director prior! The only positive thing I can say about this center is the curriculum is great and SOME of their teacher’s have your child’s best interest! Can’t say I would trust this location to watch my child again, let alone anyone else I know. Be aware.

I would not recommend RCCC Bailey Cove. There we're quite a few questionable experience with our child that we never got any answers about. After experiencing a high turnover with teachers and management we were promised change that never came. Some activity that we witnessed and experience, not only with or child but with other children, does not even meet basic child care needs. We were constantly pointing out the lack of communication and begging for basic services such as letting us know when supplies were needed. The last week we were there, we dropped off milk for our child and noticed the milk provided before was still there 11 days past it's expiration date. Our child came home several times with bleach spots on clothes and items. Multiple incident reports a month. The director rarely returned phone calls and never seemed to properly address the issues. If an issue was presented she always had to get back to us but never would. She was rude and went as far as to yell at me when these communication issues were addressed. We were not receiving the minimum of child care service we were paying for.

I have come to find out RCCC has some serious issues that need to be worked on... Communication is a very big one. Teachers that are paying closer attention to the children. I understand that children will be children... But when your child comes home covered in scratches something needs to change. And staff that will take parents concerns to heart...

They yell at children and ignore parents concernsThey snoop on people’s facebooks (very unprofessional)My friend wrote a review on Facebook and the director called her and told her to take it down because it made them look bad and she would sue her for slander. This is the 2nd time we picked my niece up with bruises and scratches and they acted like they didn’t know where they came from...

Great place in south Huntsville to have your kids at. Good pricing and helping staff. Both my kids love it there and that to me says a lot.
