I just had the best experience closing on a line of credit with Jane. When my wife and I arrived there was a mixup with our paperwork, and quite frankly most other banks would have made this a multiple day ordeal. Jane jumped right in to help us despite having never met us before. She got on the line with the loan department, and basically let them know we were there to sign our paperwork, and she intended for that to happen. She took what could have been a long drawn out problem, and made it a very minor inconvenience. Thank you, Jane!

Horrible customer service at this branch. I have a time sensitive issue and they transferred me to Oblivion, hung up on me, and then took my name and number and and said someone would call back and nobody ever did. I tried all day to reach somebody, and still no call back on day two. Because of this, I'm taking my money out and switching banks.

We have been banking here for decades and it has changed names several times. Every change has lowered their standards. Apparently, they can’t keep tellers very long so even if you are there several times per month, no one knows you. The exception may be south parkway, some of them actually remember their long time customers. The newest ones at the other branches are very rude . The newest branch down town is just terrible. You have to find a parking place on the street or go in the parking garage and walk regardless of the weather. Who thought this was a good idea ? The phone banking is also a nightmare. Takes FOR EVER . I’ve finally decided to stop being aggravated and change banks. If you’re considering Truist, I advise you to keep looking.

The company that I am employed with has had an account with this location for the past year and a half. There is nothing more than great things that I can say about them. Every encounter I have had has been wonderful. The staff are all amazing and friendly, especially Heidi and Joe. They are quick to resolve potential issues and go above and beyond. As for the location, the main area is always spotless and not often busy. Parking is easy, it is in a garage. While dropping off deposits it feels safe and secure. Overall since we opened the account it has been extremely pleasant. My company’s corporate offices just switched over to another bank, but I will say I hate to go. Thank you guys for the last year and a half. Anyone looking for friendly, helpful, and communicative bank should check this location in specific out.

Refused to cash a check for me that was written on one of their account holders checking account. Even with proper ID the fee was based on the amount of the check. Ridiculous.
