Visited the bank on 2 occasions(drive through and inside teller). I called on another occasion for assistance and worked directly with the Senior Relationship Banker on a debit/credit card issue. That is 3-4 different individuals. My banking experience was one of the best if not the best banking experiences I have encountered in over 45 years. They were professional, courteous and resolved all my issues. I would recommend the Truist bank at 11218 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville AL to any and everyone for a banking staff they can work with and trust. FIVE STARS

Worst banking experience! Switching from SunTrust for my car loan was a nightmare. Customer service lied as well as branch staff. It was almost like everything was done intentionally against me. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

I would give this bank 0 stars if available. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to get my son his first account after him being excited about receiving his first paycheck. I have multiple accounts with this bank. I’ve never had a problem with anything, but I guess it’s because I never needed assistants from the bank. The branch nearest me didn’t have time for me, they told me to call the 800 number or do it online. After 18 minutes on hold that rep told me they could t do anything over the phone. It’s a great bank as long as you don’t need assistance from them. If you do, forget about it… they don’t have time for the people banking with them because they are too busy setting up large commercial accounts. They don’t have time for an individual. I am going to the branch right now to pull all money and go somewhere else. It’s a headache to do that, but I want to bank somewhere that has the personnel to take care of me and understand they handle 100% of my family’s income.

I work with Bojangles and we have been told to bring all deposits through the drive thru. I give the deposits to them and they state that next time I need to come inside. I told her that I was told to come through drive thru. She clapped her hands together and stated "it has to be done in the front" Then when I asked for the deposit slips she just slapped them through the slot and walked off.. very rude

The bankers are rude. The bank does not have anything together. And all of the bankers tell different stories about certain questions. I will not have an account with them for long . I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my debit card and still nothing .
