nobody ever wants to actually assist their customers at this branch. customer service is awful and they love to tell you they can’t do things for you.

PNC has to be one of the worst banks that I have had interactions with since opening my own business. They have turned me away multiple times because my check is to big. I can understand that even though it is a bank and that's what a bank is for but they don't have to be so rude. The PNC in South Huntsville wasn't as rude although they still never cash my checks. I will not be back or ever recommend PNC especially the Branch on Governors drive.

I deposited a check into my bank account. Before I had the teller deposit it, I ask if the funds would be available. He told me that 100$ would be available today and the rest would be available tomorrow. He seemed unsure so he asked in if his coworkers who confirmed. So after a very embarrassing grocery trip, it turns out that was a lie. So of course I called up to the branch to see what happened just to be told that what he said was a lie. Make sure your employees know what they are supposed to know bc had I know it wouldn’t be available, I would’ve got it cashed some place else. VERY disappointed in the lack of knowledge of your work place. Please do better!!

2019: I would highly recommend BBVA for mortgage, investment products). Most of their products beat the competition and are one-of-a-kind. We have been customers for over a decade! You should really consider them for your banking needs.2020: Update: PNC recently bought out BBVA. I hope PNC products live up to what BBVA provided.Feb 2021: Update: PNC does not come close to what BBVA was in any way, shape or form. Very sad to say I will be switching banks ASAP.

This company is having a horrible time with the transition from BBVA TO PNC BANKThe staff seems polite enough, but the transition was not smooth enough. I have to come in the bank to talk about my Mortgage and why my payments are not posting. When I called there was a 6 hour hold time, I eventually hung up. I am not exaggerating either. Just music played the 6 hours and announcement about high call volume. When I come in the bank to do business face to face. There are 7 people in the lobby ahead of me and only 1 personal banker working. The cashiers are not busy at all. But the personal bankere beed help. They should have anticipated an increase of walk-in customers even there is a change in account #'s and there has to be a security issues with online logins. And the nightmare is 1 worker for every 10 customers. Poor business, Extremely poor business. They should have hired more people to handle the increase in customers. Sad day in Banking.Update while waiting to see a banker 4 people came in to see a personal banker about their new accounts and were turned away. Didn't even offer to allow them to wait. Another man said if nobody can talk to me today, I need a cashiers check with my $200,000 I'll go to another bank. The manager came out and told the cashier to close his account because she was on a call and he was very maturely ages to say the least.

Very nice people at the branch I use but PNC doesn't support crypto.com or a bunch of others that I use. I've been banking with BBVA for years but of course they're now PNC.
