I came in to get a fiduciary account set up for my Dad. After waiting 45 minutes, I was seated after my explanation of what I needed, VA Fiduciary account for my Father. He set up an account. Several days later I came back because it wasn't set up correctly. I waited 1 1/2 hours. I was told it was fixed. 1 week later, it was still not right. I went to a different bank. Regions. They knew exactly how to set everything up. I came back to this branch. To close the account and refund my money, but it was a 3 hour wait. Several men walking around, they could not help me. They weren't trained. One man was leaned back in his chair with his feet proved on his desk. The cashiers (Only 2) were working their butts off. Fast and friendly. I ended up going to a different branch and they took care of everything. I still make deposits at this branch and use the ATM but I do not go inside.

I went in to the bank to deal with an issue on my account and was told to call a 1-800 number and no one could help me. What’s the point of having physical branches? Probably to sell products, but not help!!

Went in two weeks ago with my elderly mother who has early onset dementia. She has trouble understanding things sometimes but she's stubborn and wants to still do everything herself so we just go with her everywhere. The teller was explaining a fee on her account and she didn't understand and instead of being patient with my mother, the teller changed her tone of voice and started being condescending and impatient. I don't know why it's so hard for people to be kind to one another, but it's not the first time we've had somebody be rude at this branch. My mother was in tears when we got back to the car and I told her we would just cancel her account there and move her over to Redstone with us. It's a shame because PNC was right next to her assisted living and now we have to drive out of the way to take care of her banking needs. Shame on you all for treating a poor elderly lady like this!

Rude tellers and management. The company's wild policies are unlike any banking policies I've ever seen. Highly recommend going to RCFU instead.

Worst bank and branch ever. Closed out my account because the only two women that worked there gave major attitude and chose not to help us. Seriously!

I called before hand to check if I could go through the drive thru to make a large amount withdraw, because I have a newborn in the car who was asleep, told the lady I spoke to the amount she said yes no problem. Get there and the guy at the window proceeded to tell me no, even after I told him I spoke to someone and my situation, and I needed to come in, I was not happy. Because I was told one thing then another. I go inside after my husband comes to meet me, start to do the transaction then they say we need two forms of picture ID.... I was livid. They implemented that on Monday, with NO notice and the guy that told me I had to come in didn't provide that information either. They need to be more thorough and provide all the information and make sure all their employees know the rules. Make sure you always get the name of who you spoke to, I learned the hard way. I've banked with Compass for 15 years, and can honestly say this experience has me looking for a new bank.

All I can say is absolutely rude. The Branch manager was so rude to me when I had a issue with my account with this bank. I was trying to tell her about the mistake they made with my account and she absolutely rolled her eyes and was actually rude about their mistake. If you are black please don't go into this branch, who cashes a post dated check early. Absolute idiots.
