I was greeted at the door. I made a deposit to my account. 10 minutes and I was back in the car. Everyone was so nice and polite. 1st time at this branch. I will definitely be back.

They are sooooo slow. I just wanted to make a simple deposit at the drive through. It took over 15 minutes.

Since the change from BBVA to PNC, our service has gone from great to horrible. They are understaffed, have flat out rude in the drive up lane, and I dread going to the bank and dealing with them. We already changed our kids account to a different bank and are planning on doing the same with ours soon. Very disappointing.

Worst bank acquisition I have ever experienced as a customer or employee. I was almost homeless for 4 days because of this absolute fiasco. They "didn't have enough bankers working or cash on hand to close my account." Unacceptable. I'm sure that was intentional, though.

I had all but given up on anyone being able to help me in a traditional sense with business lending until I met Jennifer. If you're a small business owner, go see her, just be up front and she will find a solution to whatever financial issues you're having. She worked to earn my business and continues proving to me that switching to BBVA in 2016 was a smart choice. Being self-employed, I have much to stress over on a daily basis but banking is no longer one of those things. She obviously hires good employees too. All of the branch staff here has personality and heart. A fun yet competent group. They actually seem to enjoy their jobs a lot. I highly recommend BBVA Haysland.

Sorry establishment. They have one person helping others in the office. Two ladies at the desk with adtitudes and one blonde lady sitting in the corner doing nothing at all. They don't want your money here they're doing just fine.

Was not greeted by the lady at the window. She kept guving me weird looks her name was patrisha. There was a line of cars behind me and behind the lady next to me. Had several cars leave. Had to go to another branch because ahe didnt want to help us or acknowledge us. This is very bad behavior for a business

5 stars because Stacy McNeil earned my business when I walked in to cash a check. Since then, I've found no lines, coffee, and they all call me "Scott" here. This is the way I want to be treated at my bank.
