I took my Cadillac in for the transmission as the light was illuminated for roughly a month while on the road traveling. I asked them to check the transmission fluid as well as the oil and to change the oil as the gage read it was due. I also asked them to check the tires as the tire monitor light was on as well as add air to the tires as the pressure for each was low. I was returned the vehicle on 0% oil life, all 4 tires were the same pressure as when I drove it in with all being between 29 and 33lbs. When I departed the dealership it was a Friday evening. I called and spoke to Hector on Monday who I had dealt with the week prior. He said they checked the levels of the oil and the transmission fluid and both were fine claiming this is what I asked, just to check the levels without doing anything about servicing the vehicles needs or being asked if I even wanted these items needing service to be serviced. Strange. I specifically stated should anything need changing such as the oil to please go ahead and take care of it providing permission up front. After telling me the levels were fine on the phone he added they’d be happy to change the oil if I wanted to bring the car back. I’m not sure what the levels have to do with 0% oil life. He then stated the transmission fluid could not be checked as it was a sealed compartment despite telling me they checked the levels which were fine a minute prior. Both conditions cannot occur at the same time: the levels of a sealed compartment cannot be checked but the levels were checked and are fine are not synonymous statements. Hector stated I could bring the car back in and they’d be happy to change the oil reiterating the levels of the oil were fine. Again, not the point. He also said they could then add air to the tires but as stated to me the tire monitor warning light could not be disengaged unless each tire monitor was replaced at a price of roughly $600 which I passed on replacing. Again, I knew about the tire monitor system as I was informed on Friday. The point was that I was told everything was taken care of including oil change, if needed, tire pressure and filling low vehicle fluids, none of which happened. Since they had the car for 3 days and it was disassembled I had Bentley Cadillac do the bushing repair despite being a higher price than in town. The bushing cost was roughly $50, labor @ $670.00. Given the lack of service in actually servicing the vehicle, I would not recommend this dealership for repair work, unfortunately.

Well, where to begin on this amazing experience from start to finish? I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX premium on 04/13/24 from Mitch Flowers II and from immediately beginning he did such an amazing job with finding the right used vehicle to fit my budgeting needs. He offered amazing tips and advice and transparency including friendliness. We arrived to the dealership and he had everything waiting on us. Car was ready to test drive and everything was moving along. We loved the vehicle and found that the drivers mirror didn't electronically move up/down and there was a "humming" noise when driving the vehicle. Mitch said "no worries we will take care of it". The mirror had to be ordered and they discovered a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They also found that the dryer to the A/C had to be replaced and that there was a leak in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Now in my experience with used vehicles being sold as is is that all the repair costs are due to the new owner but with Bentley Cadillac they repaired it and at no cost! The sales Manager William and Tim Nicely and Butch were all super friendly and helpful and knew their business well. Moving to the service aspect I was dealing with Kevin and he was just as amazing as the previous names I mentioned if not more so. He kept me in the loop of the repairs and settling my nerves and ensured all was done to the Cadillac standard. He even brought my vehicle to me after the repairs were completed which was a lifesaver. Coming from someone such as myself who's never dealt with a Cadillac product I can certainly make this promise that I will forever be an advocate of the Bentley Cadillac product and service of brand! Thank you so much for being the biggest blessing during what could have been a nightmare.
- Update to this review. The vehicle was sold with bad rear brakes, bad ac compressor and no intermittent rain wipers and even though this was known from the date of purchase the dealership wants to charge close to $2k to repair. The dealership doesn't know what to do about the wipers. If you do purchase a used car from here please don't listen to their claims about inspections or that they'll fix the issues bc they won't. What a shame.
- Update to this review. Shortly after posting the review update I received a call from Willaim the Used Car Sales Manager who then promised to cover the $1400 A/C compressor charge. I took my car to the service department and as promised the a/c was fixed. Thank you Willaim for honoring your commitment and fixing the issues in a timely professional manner.

I took my 2018 CT6 in for a drivetrain vibration that becomes noticeable at 70 MPH. With the drivetrain still covered under the Cadillac CPO warranty, the service department claims this is normal in these vehicles. Who in their right mind would buy a luxury vehicle that has a noticeable vibration at speeds of 70 MPH? Even after explaining this is a new issue in my vehicle, they still refused to investigate further and do anything about it. Years ago, Bentley was always quick to resolve any issue I had with my CTS such that it was always pleasant to drive. Based on other service reviews I see here from previously loyal customers and from my own personal experiences I can no longer recommend doing business with this dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service department at Bentley! My 2021 Cadillac Escalade with approximately 24,600 miles has rattle noises in the cab for the last year. I’ve been to Bentley on three different occasions to get this issue fixed under warranty. The first appointment, my Cadillac was in shop for one day, the second appointment it was there two weeks, and was there for three weeks this last appointment. I spoke with the Service Manger before the last appointment and he ensured me it would get fixed. Picked up my SUV on September 20 2023 and I hear the same noises immediately. Once I informed the Service Manager that this was my third trip for the same issue, he should have personally test drove my SUV to make sure it was fixed. Now I have to take off work again to try and get my vehicle fixed.

Car has about 75,000 miles took it in for recall today and they don't want to cover it!! Electric power steering went out at about 50,000 miles i need it fixed!

Made appt online for tire sensors and belt noise- neither had been replaced since I bought the car in 2012- for 2012 escalade.Showed up and staff was friendly and helpful. Hector was awesome. Broke down options and expenses simply and made it extremely convenient. They dropped me off at home and called once done for pick up. I truly appreciate the honest assessment and knowledgeable staff. Thanks and see you on next check up?
