I've been going to Bowman since the 90's to purchase all my notary stamps and I've NEVER felt so uneasy. I've always dealt with the older very sweet lady and that day I had to return and the older man seemed a little prejudice toward me I will continue to use them and I hope I won't run into that same man in the future.?

Left four items to be engraved last Monday, was told end of week. 10 days later stopped by after never receiving a phone call. Two of the items were ruined despite explicit instructions, and the job was never even started. Was never offered a resolution or explanation. Poor communication and very poor business practices, avoid this place.

I have just had my first encounter with Jerry and his staff at Bowman's. I needed date labels to put on the spines of my bound photo albums and had run into numerous dead ends over a year's search. Jerry spent a lot of time figuring out a way to do what I wanted. I picked up the finished product yesterday and am delighted. Words are insufficient to express my delight and relief in having found someone who cared enough about my specific need to find a solution. Kudos to Bowman's Enterprises, Jerry and the ladies who work there. I will return for future labels for the albums to come. Happy Kelley 10-16-2018
