I hope you never need a payoff letter for a loan you have with them. I have wasted my day trying to get this information. They give you a phone number to call for an automated system. That does not work with commercial loans

Attention to the reviews. Customer service is horrible. Sat for 20 minutes. 15 people hung out behind the counter. And only “one“ person could help me with my account. Go to a different branch or a different bank.

I have been banking with Cadence for over 25 years. Their sign says that when deposits are made during the weekend, funds will be available "THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY". I discovered that is FALSE. Funds are actually not available until the CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, which actually makes those funds unavailable until the second business day. Due to this outright LIE, I will be liable for insufficient funds charges. Soooo, Cadence will gain monetarily from outright Customer DECEIT. I will be pulling my business out of this banking institution immediately !! This should be ranked as "NO STARS".

Heather Burrough and John Starnes at Cadence Bank have helped several of my clients with estate and conservatorship accounts. Not all banks will offer these services and I'm thankful that they have the expertise and knowledge to do so. They are very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
