The store has been very well kept since management changed a few months back. Clothes are neat and not just thrown around. Everything is very easy to find and staff is very nice. The manager is a very nice young man who is super friendly and very helpful. I was greeted upon entry, and it was a smooth transaction. They had a pretty nice sale when I went in so it was a win for me

My daughter took her children and a few other girls from our church shopping in here today for the “tax free” weekend only to get to the register to be told she would be charged tax on any purchase over 100 dollars. She tried to explain that the Alabama tax free weekend means tax should only be charged on clothing over 100 dollars per item not total. The cashier begin to argue with her and so my daughter said she would just split the transaction into two separate transactions. The cashier made a huge deal about the whole thing embarrassing the young girls who were with my daughter and foster grandchildren. This in my opinion is horrible customer service. If you’re store is going to participate in the tax free weekend it should abide by all the rules or not participate at all. If I could have given less than one star I would have.

I just recently visited the Charlotte Russe in Parkway Place Mall. I haven’t been in the mall in general in a very long time. I went because of a coworker saying they had a lot of basic essential items for “tween age” girls and I was looking for things for my daughter. My daughter had wanted a hoodie and i needed assistance getting to it. I asked an employee (I don’t know her name, as she wasn’t wearing an badge) if she could get it down for me. This lady looked me dead in my face and rolled her eyes then proceeded to walk away. I was so upset, I told her “Never mind, Never mind and told my family let’s GO” the young ladies that were also in there shopping saw the whole thing and were just as shocked as me. I’m not sure what was going on In That store that day but the experience was definitely horrible and I’ll never attempt to ship there again!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE unless you know your exact size. Their return policy is really bad. On top of the fact that you have to pay for shipping, they will not pay or reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning your items and they DON'T offer size exchange. Would NOT recommend.

I have lived in Huntsville Al area for 11 years. And blieve it or not, this was my very first visit there. 11/04/21 & I absolutely loved it. The whole experience was awesome. The ladies working were so helpful! Especially, Danikka Walker. She was so knowledgeable about everything in the store and helped me shop for exactly what i was looking for. I was able to text/download to receive 10% off, as well as crush an amazing sale they had going on in the store!! I was shocked to see all they had! I will definitely be back. And to this location specifically.... Thank you so much to the ladies working their tail off, for making it a wonderful shopping experience.

This store seems to have been in a transitional, emptying stage for a while. Normally they're great for junior/petite basics and trends, but there's not much here. F21, H&M or Target is better.

Couldn't try anything on which is understandable but nothing fit when we got home and the policy is no refunds just exchanges which it is hard to tell what to try next that may also not work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I loved shopping at the store when it was open. This was my first and last tome ordering online though. My order total was over $100 and that was almost a month ago. I have yet to receive my order and no updates at all!

The quality is horrible! It’s essentially what you would order from wish, except you are paying for extremely marked up products. Due to COVID, you can not try on the clothing, resulting in if you’re unhappy with your purchase you can only exchange it or receive store credit for more items to be unhappy with.
