I ordered a suit, pants and jacket, that were priced separately. The jacket came but not the pants. I called customer service and was assured that the pants would be arriving in 3 days. They did not arrive. They were out of stock. Without the pants I don’t need the jacket. Now because both items were on clearance, Chico’s wants to give me a hard time about returning the jacket, even though they can’t produce the pants that goes with it. Dealing with Customer Service is a nightmare, no one hesitates to lie, that is if you can get someone to the phone. This is not my first bad experience with Chico’s. The last one was in January when I ordered a gift for someone, and arranged for her to pick it up at the store location where she lives. They told me it was at the store, then somehow it mysteriously was not at the store.

Very disappointed in the customer service provided at the Memorial Parkway, Chico’s store tonight. It was nine minutes till closing, no other customers were in the store, and there was two sales associates, who were not assisting anyone or doing anything. After immediately approaching one of them and stating I just needed to return a few items, she immediately and rudely responded with I don’t think we can return things this late. She then proceeded to take a few minutes (that she could’ve used to return the items) to verbally confirm and chat with the other associate about it being too late to return, who then proceeded to say “Just come back tomorrow”. When I rebutted, saying it wouldn’t take but a few minutes as it was only a few things; they both started throwing out excuses, stating that the computers were slow, the computers often shut down in the middle of using them, etc. After wasting those minutes, they then proceeded to tell me again with still five minutes left before closing that it was too late and I needed to come back tomorrow to return my items. Therefore, I left. However, I will not be going back there, instead I will be going to the one at Bridge Street (where I originally bought the clothes) and where the clerks are very kind and competent.

Returned some pants last week. MOST of my wardrobe is Chicos. The employee was very short with me and just stared at me when I said I had a return. She finally said “You’ll have to come over here” because I apparently was on the wrong side of the counter. She never spoke after that. I said “thank you!” And she just looked at me. I will go to Bridgestreet store from now on.

The manager is so sweet and patient. The service is hands on and tailored to each customer. Although very pricy, they have amazing discounts throughout the store. It's for woman ONLY.

I love shopping at Chico ‘s in the Parkway Place Mall. The sales staff is wonderful. They are very helpful in making the greatest recommendation. If they don’t have the item I’m looking for they will help locate the item for me. Great customer service!

I have always loved this store and bought tons of clothes here. I was very disappointed in one of their employees last week. She did not want to accommodate my elderly Mom by getting her a chair to sit in. Very disappointed customer!!
