Came here on Saturday night by for a little takeout date night- haven’t had chipotle in forever!Chipotle ALWAYS slaps, the food was just like I remember but service was SLOW (especially on the cold toppings part of the line), the poor girl was piled up because the guy handling the hot side was speedy speedy!!For a chipotle it was pretty good overall, definitely coming here again, we always forget about it because it’s a little tucked away but it made for a great quick meal for movie night!!

We just went to get food from this location and the service was awful. The woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at us and was very rude and the cashier forgot our chips and was also rude to us. The bowls are only half full and don’t look great either. There needs to be a serious change cause this has happened multiple times at this location.

Whoever working the front register needs a new job asap!!! She had the nastiest attitude and I watched her slam a customers cup don the counter because she forgot to give it to her…I asked if I could sub my guacamole birthday reward for Queso and she said no. But a nice lady on the side line heard me and did it…it was really appreciated…I also visited chipotle a lot like weekly to all locations. This location is my least favorite

Great quality food, but the wait was >30 minutes from getting in the restaurant to getting through the line. More sloppy than most Chipotles, but the quality of food was what I was looking for.

they didn’t have any protein other than steak and barbacoa. horrible customer service; rushing customers through the line, all workers have attitudes as well. it wasn’t even clean either.

First and last time I will ever go. There were about six employees chit chatting when we arrived but we had to stand there several minutes until one came over. They were out of two meats and no one was making any more. Several toppings were out too. Some items are ‘online only’, even though they are clearly posted on the menu. The girl making the food was rude. Every table was dirty. The drink area was trashed and they didn’t have lids. The managers should be fired , the staff let go and This location should be closed! Disgraceful excuse for a restaurant!

I love Chipotle but every time I go to this location it’s gross. Never clean, they slide your burrito though the crusty ingredients left on the counter from I’m guessing all day. There are no clean tables, the trash is over flowing, the floor is dirty and the self serve area looks like people just had a food fight. Employees act like you’re bugging them too. Sorry to say….i won’t be going back there.

So I go to this Chipotle almost daily most weeks! I've been waiting for over a year to post anything, hoping that maybe it's just me and it will get better.Quick disclaimer: this is not about the quality of the food but the cleanliness, customer support, and CHIPS!!!!I don’t care what day I go to this same place, they are always out of CHIPS!!! Except for to-go orders! Today I had enough! I was in line getting my bowl as usual and I asked for chips, and they said they were out. I noticed a lot of chip bags premade at the online order station and asked, "Can I have one of them, please?" Larry, the main guy in charge, rudely told me, "No, these are for online orders only!" I'm sorry, I want to eat at your establishment, enjoy my meal, and have the same options as online orders, including some chips with my food! I mean, really, what kind of establishment does this!What should I do? Hold up the entire line, order them on my app, and stand there waiting. Mr. Larry continues to ignore me and focus on preparing pre-orders. I understand I'm not the only customer, but I'm simply asking for a bag of CHIPS! Larry once again told me, "We are only giving chips to our online customers" (he didn’t know I ordered them online at that point). I informed him that I ordered them online, but he didn't say a word and just continued making other to-go orders! Eventually, he prepared my bag of chips without saying a word to me; he just slammed them on the counter and went back to handling more orders.This is not it; this place is very disappointing and nasty each time I visit this Chipotle! I overlook it because I do enjoy the bowls! The staff, for the most part, is friendly, but not Larry. He is always walking around, micromanaging everyone else, and being rude to customers. Again, I've been going here for a while and have witnessed this on multiple occasions.If you're looking for a great place to dine in, please remember that you will be treated differently than online orders.I can't believe I've been treated this way as a very loyal customer over the years! If this is how they treat people, I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere!Kid-friendliness: Well this place is not Kid Friendly because neither bathroom is equipped with a kid changing station!

Maybe the most disgusting chipotle I’ve ever been to. Unclean, trash everywhere, cold food. Just bad. Get Chick fil a down the road instead.
