DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
We hired Coast to Coast Relocation with a very clear, tight deadline for getting our client’s furniture and accessories to Arizona. Initially, they promised to meet this deadline and assured us everything would be on track. However, once the paperwork was signed, communication with their team became almost impossible. After repeated attempts to get updates, we were finally given a vague two-week window for delivery with no specific date, which made planning incredibly challenging.
To make matters worse, we were also using Coast to Coast for another job, and they arrived late, forcing us to reschedule flights at our own expense. When they did eventually show up, it was an entire week later than promised. Overall, Coast to Coast’s poor communication, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability made these moves far more stressful than they needed to be. I would not recommend them for anyone on a tight schedule or who needs reliable service.

This is a scam! If I could give zero stars I would. They dont give you a proper estimate and the day they come to move hike up the price by 10k. You cannot get hold of anyone on the day of moving so you're completely stuck last minute. Our stuff exchanged hands 3 times and everything that came was completely damaged and unusable. They even stole 2-3 boxes of a few high priced items. I've moved multiple times and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Go for a company that owns their own truck

Waste of money, they take a third of your money just to set you up with a moving company you could have found yourself. They say they will be with you every step of the way but when you reach out nobody gets back to. When there’s a problems no one is there to help you. Complete waste. Skip them find and moving company on your own.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a broker only! They do NOT know how to bid out the appropriate cubic footage needed and I was charged over $1000 more the day the moving company showed up!!!! I told them 2 bedroom apartment and took a uhaul trailer with me to have bed immediately when I moved! I sold my couch so had a few pieces of furniture and boxes and they still went over the allowed cubic feet!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

They are out of business or frauds. I can’t get my deposit back. Don’t waste your money. They cashed my $500 deposit on the same day and never fulfilled the moving service. Phone numbers to Ernest, Emily and Ken suddenly don’t work. Main line rings and rings. If you do a deep dive on the web, you will discover worse. The moving fee is actually a brokerage fee, you pay more $ when the actual movers arrive at your door, if they do.

Scammers!
My original move was scheduled on 7/5/24. When the mover arrived he was from a different company and explained he was subcontracted through C2C. He arrived with no help and explained that an ad was placed on Craigslist for laborers (complete strangers). Basically the stole $2,627 dollars from me without a gun. I’ve been reaching out for two weeks now via email and phone calls with no response to either. There so many complaints that I have, not to mention as a company you should follow up to see did everything go as planned. No phone call because this company is truly a scam and I pray they go out of business. You cannot do wrong by God child and accept right to follow.

Every bad review from this company is true. I was lucky enough to catch it in time before my full move, but had to eat the deposit.
This company will answer your phone calls pre payment, but once you have paid you will never hear from them again. I looked up my “movers” number and it’s a low life moving company that is being investigated for theft.
Please never use this company, and do not believe any of their “5” star reviews. You will be out of your money and the company’s they hire will steal yoyr household goods:

This company forgets about you once the contract is signed. They don't even answer the phone, I tried to contact them for 6 DAYS! No answer or response from texts, phone, or email. They just take your money then that's it! Terrible, stay away.

Terrible company to work with. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been denied service since the accounting department has not answered my second email. This company steals money and only gives credit to move if you call back yearly to reset your credits so to speak to move however if you actually need their service. I hope that someone at the company will resolve this matter of their three day in writing cancelation policy to receive a full refund is not providing the best service to their customers. Here's a novel thought; work with your customers and have a reasonable not in full refund policy. Moving forward I understand that some work went on to schedule and reschedule my move and then no move at all. Empathy is needed here. Life is what it is and not everything is knowable within three days of paying the deposit. I will call coast to coast relocation untill some one takes my feed back and puts some action to my concerns. Really what are they doing with my over $4000 deposit now for over a year? Please I would be happy to work something out.

Today I spoke with Arnold Coan, with Coast to Coast Relocation, for an upcoming move that I'm making (and he was absolutely wonderful). The stress of moving across country, renting a moving truck, hiring workers to help out, etc. seemed like a gargantuan task, and I was not looking forward to it; however, Arnold took all that stress away. He was very detailed pertaining to what Coast to Coast services were, how pricing is generated, services provided, etc. I'm definitely calling back and going through Arnold when I make this move. Highly recommended representative. AAA+++!!!

Horrible experience. Paid the hefty deposit and trusted them. They contract with other companies to carry out the work and apparently communication is non-existent. They never showed up for the move (2 day) window, or for another day after that. The company they contracted with had no idea about the move requirements which were sent to coast to coast at least two times. Additionally coast to coast blamed their contractor and the contractor blamed coast to coast. Meanwhile we are sitting with a packed up household and folks lying to us about timelines and plans and being generally non-solution focused. Lies, blaming, rude customer service and ghosting us. Horrible! Cannot Recommend!

PLEASE DO NOT USE COAST TO COAST! While the actual movers were very friendly and helpful, the sales team is slimey and will lie about anything just to get you to go with them, we were never told of extra fees such as a “bulking” fee for things like a motorcycle, WHICH we told them we would have UP FRONT, or any other fees for that matter. They more than doubled what our quote was and wasn't told till day of, and they never called to verify everything like they were supposed to so that we could have a final estimate. This company puts people in a hard spot so that they are unable to say no. I will NEVER, EVER, use this company again and I HIGHLY suggest you don't either. Oh, and Mike, our sales representative, you need to find some kind of peace and not screw anyone else over!

SCAMMERS!My experience with Coast to Coast Relocations was absolutely terrible. Reading the other reviews, It’s exactly what happened to me. They enticed me in with a great price. Told me outright that they were not a broker asked for a deposit, then a week before my move assessed my items which I thought would lower my quote because I removed several pieces of furniture, but my quote actually doubled up from $2700-$5300. Then when my Mover arrived over the two days that they moved me they had me re-sign my contract four times. At the end of the day, I move that I was quoted $2700 cost me $7900 for moving a one bedroom plus Office, 360 miles away. They charge based on cubic square footage. The way my items were packed was very sloppy. The movers that I had who were loading me up two of them were apparently homeless men they hired off the street so definitely not professional movers. They also were not able to get all my items on the truck which was supposed to be a designated truck for me. My husband and I had to rent a U-Haul and load the rest of our stuff ourselves. And anytime you try to get a hold of them they give you the runaround or they just don’t respond. Unfortunately, when I was looking at reviews, there’s so many Coast to Coast that I must’ve been looking at the wrong company because I did not see all these negative reviews, I wish I had I definitely would’ve run and I’m hoping that anyone who sees this knows this is not a good company. They do not care about you only about getting their money, I definitely do not recommend them or any broker try going with a local company

Should have known this company was a scam from the start. They are a classic bait and switch company. They quote you super low price but you have to pay a down payment deposit up front to lock in at this supposed price. After they will tell you that because of either gas prices or added items the price will go up double the price they quoted originally. They also lie to you about delivery dates such as "it will only take a week to 10 days to be delivered". Don't trust anything from them for they will do anything to get your money then ignore any and all claims.
