I bought a queen size bed from the Huntsville store and it's falling apart.We have had it just over a year now and the frame, footboard are falling apart. When they delivered it the men didn't put washers on the bolts and that was part of the problem.I will never buy anything else from Conns in Huntsville Alabama We paid over $5000.00for the bed, mattress set and night stand.Im very disappointed with this company.

The salesperson made a false delivery promise to me just to get a sale. And also gave info that my product was on a delivery truck that forgot to drop it off but was returning the same night. Never called back to confirm before closing 9:30 pm, nor has he called to this date to apologize or make things right. (Laptop was ordered on Friday (3/8/24) based upon a guarantee that it would be in on Saturday (3/9) and very much needed for a conference I was attending out of town starting Monday (3/11) for a week. So, I cancelled the contract/order. He also stated that the price would be discounted from what I saw online but it wasn’t. He (salesperson-Jimmon) nor the store/Conns has called to make things right as of today (3/19/24).

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in CONNS. This is considered great customer service. I was advised someone would be right with me and they were. Jimmie was helpful and understood my concerns and addressed my wants. He was helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate all his hard work satisfying my needs. I was also assisted by OJ and feel that this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a Furniture store. Thanks guys y’all ROCK!!

If I could give 0 I would. Crap customer service, managers don’t know how to handle finance issues. We purchased a dishwasher in Oct 2023 to include delivery and install. Were told they would call in 48 hrs to schedule install. Never heard from them so I called. Got told it would be at least 30 days so we requested refund of the $175 and paid someone else to install who did in 1 day. We’re told to bring the card to the store. So we did, but were told at the store they don’t issue it like that. And someone would reach out, never got a phone call. We asked for refund again in November 17th 2023. They told us to bring the card in the store it was purchased with. We did again. They tell us at the store they can’t do that. It has to be from the finance department. I call back in December about the refund since it still wasn’t received. Our credit card had been stole and we told them we had a new one. The manager said it wasn’t a problem and they could refund to the card, to bring it back in. Before we even left to go back to the store, the manager stated that the treasure dept would send a refund in 2-3 weeks. Here it is March 2024 and we checked about the refund again. We gave time due to holidays and an ice store. Once again got told from customer service and the store manager that the treasury department would have to send refund that was supposedly done BEFORE Christmas. Which was NEVER done. Bad all around. Dishwasher is great but could have gotten the same one from Lowe’s for the same price. Don’t waste your time or money. Very crooked business.

Update: Zach, Jimmon, and OJ worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Everything was made right to the best of their ability. We appreciate their hard work to make sure we had the products we wanted. My original rating of one star reads below, but I did want to make sure they got credit for making us happy with our purchase. We have not received the new mattress, but will update if not what we wanted. As of now I give them four stars only because it has been so much confusion.Old review; I am extremely disappointed in Conn’s, we thought we had a great experience because the salesman was so attentive and nice, but boy were we fooled. After much conversation in which I repeatedly said how the adjustable bed we have benefited me during knee replacement being able to raise my leg, he assured us we would love this bed too. When it was delivered it only adjusts the head! Not only that but the mattress has several defects where there are holes in it. We have been calling customer service for 2 days and still no resolution. The mattress is nothing like the one we tried in the store. It is as hard as laying on a brick sidewalk. Now my husband and I are having to sleep in our spare room without the new bed we just paid over $2000 for! I am not happy, I would inspect your stuff and if it’s not right make them put it back on the truck!

Do not buy from this location. I spent $2,000 on a brand new washer and dryer at the Huntsville location. After we left and got 15 minutes away from the store (we live 2 hours away, so this was not a short trip), I received a call that the employee who was helping us forgot a vital item for the dryer and we had to come back to the store to purchase it. This employee during the entire process was telling us inaccurate and poor information from the jump that she had to keep getting corrected on from her manager. From there, they tried to charge us ANOTHER delivery fee. That was fixed while we were still there and we were told that the second purchase would be included with the delivery of the initial purchase. Fast forward, it’s delivery day and it’s not here. We’ve been waiting days for these appliances and now we can’t even use them. Tried to call customer service for a refund and they were incredibly unhelpful and did not listen causing me to repeat myself over and over. Save yourself the stress and frustration and shop somewhere else.Update: My phone is getting blown up today for the second delivery because they have no idea what’s going on and are expecting me to fix it for them. Contacted the store with no resolution. Avoid Conn’s at all costs and spend your money else where.
