I recent visit this Cricket store on 7/25/2023 to get a new phone for my DOD job the customer service at this store was substandard. They refused to give me a new phone number with no explanation butgave me my old phone number which compromise all of my information and the only thing I ask them could they change my old phone because it was compromise according to DOD with spyware. I went to another store to try to resolve the situation but it was to late I don't recommend anyone to shop at this store. This store customer service is toxic they don't give a damn about their customer needs. Save your money and go somewhere else. By the way the new phone is compromised as well.

The customer service was okay to a extend every one was very nice but seem to not know how to do there job when it comes to customer service. I stood in there for 4and half hours to try to get my phone working it wouldn’t make calls… I paid for a brand new phone 2 days before for this and still left after all them hours with a phone I can’t make any calls on.

Latoya and Ashley is amazing. I came in needing help with my device Ashley was helping another very very rude lady. The manager came in was very nice at trying to help the lady but she began to be rude again. Im very sorry them young ladies had to go through that. But they did fix my issue i was having. Thank you ladies

Worst service I have ever received!!!!!Yesterday I came in store to get an hotspot, the nice salesperson there charged me $100 not including the device. She said it work.I took it home,it didn’t, I came back the next morning to get it fixed and she couldn’t make it work. We both tried to contact costumer service and they couldn’t make it work either. I explained to her that if it’s not going to work I would like to get my money back. She called her manager,which didn’t want to provide her name and she started to yell at me ignore me and talk with her hands towards me. She said she is mad at me because she went to the doctor appointment and because of me she missed it. She told me to live the store with no solution,after I said the issue is not solved she called the police. I asked what is the costumer service number and she told me to ask the police officer. She was very rude and told me she don’t give a ***I guess that’s another lesson of “you get what you paid for”Will never go back to cricket again.

I had a great experience at this store. I'm older and not very technical, but the young lady and young man at the store were so kind and helped me pick out the phone. I didn't want a flip phone, my daughter wanted me to get a smartphone and I picked the iPhone SE. I was told it was a great phone to start with and I had heard good things about Apple and it's security. And only after a week I have to say they were right! Since I was switching, the phone was affordable. I'm still learning but at least I have the texting down. Lol. I have called a few times but they have been nothing but patient and not a lot of people are when trying to explain to an older person. So thank you!

I switched from Metro to Cricket and needless to say it was a HUGE mistake. The service is horrible and the iPhone SE is a joke. I don’t recommend ANYONE falling for the skit Cricket is gonna try and run on you. BAD IDEA!! Thanks and if the cricket come towards you....RUN!! Lol
