My items stayed in the indoor unit, I never had issues with my items being damaged or missing, however upon move out I did have dead bugs on top of most of my boxes. I was not happy with the rate increases. Every 6 months they raised the monthly price over $24/month which eventually became unaffordable. They get you with a “great move in rate”. If you’re staying short term this is a decent facility, but long term I would not recommend.

The gentleman there (wane I think he said his name was) was very sweet and extremely helpful.
Prices are very decent especially since everywhere else around keeps going up in prices.
Facility is very clean and well maintained from the looks of it, they have water fountains and restrooms if you are going to be there all day moving stuff.

Friendly staff, met the fill-in manager, unit was clean and ready upon my arrival, and it was short notice, same day.

-Update: After contacting customer service regarding their reply, I received the name and number of the area manager. I called him and left multiple messages and never received even one call back.Additionally, I went to this facility to talk to the staff in person. I needed some information regarding the break-in to give to the police so I could file an insurance claim. I went here three times during their posted open business hours. Office was locked and dark. One time I waited for an hour and a half, no one showed up. Has this store been abandoned????Don’t rent here. There are so many issues from the facility to staff.Did I mention someone broke in and stole a bunch of stuff?Save yourself a headache, rent someplace a little more expensive.

Zero stars! Said the system would allow for it.Valuable and personal effects stolen by general manager. Over 50 units broken into. GM (only employee) had a known history of drug use. Cubesmart ignored this and failed to inform renters of her being the suspect in multiple thefts at the facility.GM was living in multiple units having drug parties amongst other things.Used needles, feces bags, and urine bottles in her crash units.She was fired by Cubesmart but given free rein of the facility for another week to clear out her unit. She instead use the time to steal from other units using a rented truck.Caught her and her crew in the act.
