I’ve been going to this CVS Pharmacy for years, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. The associates at this location are consistently friendly, eager to help, and always willing to listen. They go above and beyond to offer helpful advice on the things my family needs. I truly appreciate their excellent service and dedication.

I use CVS to pick up prescription and flu shot. They are smiling and friendly every time I visit there. Drive up is very convenient and wait time is only a couple minutes if others are in line. Two thumbs up!

If the C in CVS is Customer, shouldn't the two staffers observed be helping the customers than stocking? The store was a ghost town, no people. This is the South, where Is the southern hospitality??

This was undoubtedly the worse experience I’ve ever had with picking up medications at a pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff were extremely rude, short, very arrogant, lacked integrity, and are void of people skills. They should all seek work that does not involve any customer service. Recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all cost until the store and district managers correct this serious problem.

Tall bigger lady with the glasses that was working the front desk on 12/20 1:20pm refused service and was very rude. Wouldn’t ring up my small basket of store items and sent me to the front. Tried to make me put on a mask, I told her no and it was down hill from there. Won’t be back. My family of 5 will not be using this location anymore. They also are always out of stock on common meds… get it together. Poor customer service… she was hangry I’m assuming. She said “you can take that up front we are about to close for lunch” it was 1:24pm… they close at 1:30… LOL I told her she was ridiculous and walked away. Her name is probably Karen if I had to guess.

The South Memorial CVS is our only go to convenient pharmacy worth our 50 mile drive because the customer care and service there is unmatched !!! We are so thankful to be treated in such a warm and caring manner every time we visit this particular CVS. The team there always goes above and beyond to help meet our need. Thank you CVS !!!

We made an appointment in advance for my son, daughter and husband to get flu vaccines. The pharmacy staff gave were rude about appointment status, and gave a general air of annoyance for our being there. After fumbling through our (prefilled) paperwork and asking for assistance with coding-we were told that our insurance didn’t cover our vaccinations. This in itself wouldn’t have been such an issue if the young lady at the front desk wasn’t so petulant and rude. I’m glad we were sent across the street to Walgreens. We received a much warmer reception and were met with more competent, and caring staff. The choice moving forward will be easy for us as to where we will spend our money.

Came to South Parkway branch to purchase a needle to take my prescription that I had with Walgreens because of convenience, because they were the only pharmacy open on Labor Day. Pharmacist would not sell me a needle without the physical prescription that no one gives out anymore. It’s all electronic and he knew that he wouldn’t even take the box or the label showing my prescription is still valid, this is not any kind of painkiller or any other kind of drug that is mind altering in any form or fashion, it’s hormone related for those that wonder. The sad part is, he was not willing to help knowing the situation I was in and having all documentation for any reasonable pharmacist to be able to prove it was legit. So if this is CVS’s policy then now even more I understand why I shop at Walgreens. This is ridiculous and I know it’s only because he was made to have to work on Labor Day or maybe he just has a little small syndrome. Either way I will shop really want to help me and not hinder. Way to go CVS! No wonder you’re closing so many stores!

I’ve never had a more frustrating experience trying to get a human being on the phone in all of the 10 years I’ve been working in pharmacy as a career. The automated system is garbage. I was asked about getting an app the I declined several times. I’m not sure that anyone would have the patience to wait on the line as hearing that robotic automated voice trying repeat the same few phrases is equivalent to water boarding.

I have been going to this CVS for a LONG time and have been using this pharmacy for a LONG time. James, the previous store manager, was such a cool guy even if other people disagree. There is pretty much a new staff of front end workers, with some older ones remaining. I haven’t had a single issue more recently since they cut some of the original hires when he left.
Now, the pharmacy- I love the staff. I do miss Sally a whole lot, I can say that much, but Mary and Myles more than make up for it. I was unsure about Myles in the beginning because he was new and I’ve been getting so much filled there for so long…but I shouldn’t have worried. He’s fantastic at his job and I enjoy chatting with him when I go in, even if just for a minute. My favorite person who has been there forever though is Glenna. She is someone who has helped me numerous times over the years when I’ve had issues and we are the same age, both have kids, blah blah blah. Sure, I’ve had issues pop up here and there over time, but overall I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever went to. Been coming here for years and every time there is a problem. Time to find a new pharmacy.
