Had an emergency prescription filled. Closed for lunch but tried to speak with a pharmacist and explain the situation. Instead of hearing me out, they repeatedly told me to come back after lunch. Now I’m sitting in my car having medical issues because they can’t be bothered to help someone in need over lunch time. I’ll never use this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy tech was offended that I asked her to wash her hands after handling meds and touching her face. My elders do not need anymore germs than what they are exposed to. I don't know what meds you had been touching and they were getting a shot and you want to touch things with unwashed hands? Nope. Please be offended cause it's not proper procedure and the board will be hearing from me

Very slow and rude. Go elsewhere for better service.

I was greeted upon entrance and exit. I got a little stumped on self checkout. The cashier gladly came to assist without me asking for help. Store was super clean and organized.

I have never had any issue with this pharmacy. Further, I enjoy the store, too.

As someone who suffers with mental illness I highly recommend not using this cvs. The pharmacist is unprofessional. My doctor gave CVS an order to fill my meds. Well the pharmacist decided that it was too high of a dose and was calling my dr. That was fine but then to lie to my face when I called my doctor's office to see if they were checking on that doctor's office said they have not tried to contact us. So what makes a pharmacist think they are above any doctor. Very poor rating for this store! I will keep praying to be as perfect as she is ?

Called to inquire about getting a medication filled that is experiencing a shortage. The employee was essentially rude, condescending and essentially said if we had it we'd be filling it for other people. Just reminded why I do not use CVS.

Just go to Jones Valley CVS. You're going to wait half a day for one prescription to be filled, and then when you get there you're gonna wait another half hour to get your stuff and go. Pediatrician called in a prescription yesterday first thing in the morning, the pharmacy wrote back to the pediatrician saying they needed authorization for it, pediatrician sent a new prescription yesterday at 4 PM. It is now the next day at 4:36 PM, and the pharmacy didn't even know that the new prescription was sent; a lady had no idea what I was talking about on the phone and said it would be until 7 PM today before it would be ready. It's not even pills you have to count. It's ointment already in a box. Just print the label and stick it on the box. Thank God I called the pharmacy to remind them that they have prescriptions waiting to be filled from 24 hours ago that they don't even know about.

Absolute DUMPSTER FIRE of a pharmacy since Sally Dasher is not the pharmacy manager anymore. The pharmacy manager is a hateful, unprofessional, absolutely unpleasant person to deal with. Today I waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes to pick up medication while I have a broken foot and am unable to go inside. As soon as I pull up to the window, the pharmacy staff shut the gate in my face. I think it is standard customer service practice to help the people who have been in line waiting at least one minute after you close. I have never worked anywhere that would let me shut a door in someone’s face who has been waiting over 20 minutes. Do not fill your prescriptions here unless you love waiting in long lines, only to be turned away and talked to in an unprofessional manner.

I had the worst experience with this pharmacy of any that I have dealt with. First, I would like to say that the only reason that I am using CVS Pharmacy is because I'm being forced to use it by my insurance. I typically used Walgreens and have NEVER had a bad experience. I requested for a prescription to be transferred to this location from another pharmacy. They took the information then called me back to say they did not carry the medicine. They tried to dissuade me from requesting they order it by stating it would take "days" to get it "if" it was possible. I stated I would try to get it from Walgreens. Then tried to call them back before placing the order with Walgreens to see if the prescription was actually transferred to their store before they realized they didn't have it...or whether the prescription was still with the original store. The person answering the phone repeatedly hung up on me each time that I called back. She claimed she could not hear me ...but she didn't even give me a chance to talk before stating "I can't hear you" repeatedly then hanging up the phone on me. I called their Corporate office to report the issue. Hopefully their District Manager will listen to the calls to hear how alI was treated. I would not recommend this location!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a number of years, but the pharmacy was certainly inept when it came to full disclosure as to why my insurance wouldn't cover a colonoscopy prep kit. After talking with my insurance company, they got a CVS representative on the line, and he said I needed a pre-authorization from my primary care physician, which, when I talked with the gastro doctor's office, said that they had to provide the pre-authorization instead of my primary care physician. However, when I showed the prescription to the CVS pharmacist, nobody said anything about a pre-authorization. After picking up the prep kit on Monday, I found that it cost $175.00, and I was blown away by this price. Why can't the pharmacy department do its job and let people know if they need pre-authorizations? We aren't mind readers after all!
