One star because I had to. I don’t write reviews but here I go. The customer service is horrible and there is always an issue when picking up prescriptions. Today I dropped off a prescription and verified my Dr had faxed in and they received two additional. When I went back several hours later I told the lady I had three prescriptions and named them off to her. She said another 15 minutes. I waited a half hour and when she said they were ready they had only filled two. She said it would be 2-3 more hours for them to fill the additional one. Then when I asked what happened she was making excuses that didn’t make sense especially when I had just told her 30 minutes prior there were 3 and what they were. She got confrontational with me because she said I said something other than they needed to get it together because this seems to be an issue. She said you don’t want these. I said I wanted them and would come back tomorrow for the other one I guess. She kept asking me over and over accusing me of saying something I didn’t but she wouldn’t say what. The pharmacist was staring at us but didn’t do anything. I was not feeling very safe at that point because she kept asking me over and over what I said and saying I didn’t. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store. Switching to another pharmacy.

First in line Did not open until 12pm. Two hour wait. Very sick in lobby. Ridiculous!!!!

I just moved here a week and a half ago from Michigan, CVS, in general, is the best pharmacy I have ever went to. This particular pharmacy, which was my first time going to, did not disappoint. The staff and the pharmacist were absolutely kind and respectful. I use the CVS back home in Michigan, and the CVS and its staff made me feel like I was back at home. The store was very clean, organized, and everyone there was very nice. I just wanted to say Thank you!

Went with Mom & Husband to get 2nd Covid Booster & Flu shot. Had pre registered & had appointments.Had a slight problem with husband's insurance but it was taken care of in a timely manner.The woman (Rachel ?) that gave us our injections was fast & no pain. Had a great personality & full of laughter.Made this a pleasant experience.

I can always find what I need on the app first then know it's in stock to save me any wasted trips. This store in particular is nice bc the aisle are well mark. I also like coming here bc they always do so friendly. Oh...and they have a ups shipping service to boot. What's not to like.

The pharmacy staff will out talk you and can be very abrupt. They come across "all knowing" even after giving them facts about MY coverage. Also never filled a very important prescription that was called in by my DOCTOR. Lied like they didn't get it!
