I went in the get color matched at the Estee Lauder counter. That's the only reason I needed to go in. Two sweet ladies helped me. They were knowledgeable and so kind. I got a sample and left. The store was quiet and clean, everything I saw.

Everybody was very kind and helpful the day I was there. Some departments were busier than others. Like lingerie was covered up, shoes was a little less busy and upstairs there were like 6 ladies buying and trying on clothes. I imagine it's crowded on the weekends.

It was great, actually. I looked all over the mall for Valentine's Day gifts, and finally just breezed into Dillard's and found just what I wasn't even looking for!
