I honestly appreciate the crew at this Dollar Tree working so hard to give us one of the best Dollar Trees I have ever visited; I love how this store has a kind, respectful vibe (especially as so many parts of our world are giving in to a ‘negativity’ which is trying its hardest to absorb us all.
This store is one of the best organized, with the best inventory in town, and they don’t let the line at the register get too long.

“My recent visit to the Dollar General X in downtown Huntsville was noteworthy, largely due to the helpfulness of two staff members, Richie and Ike. My friend and I came in with a somewhat unusual item – a large, asterial-shaped component for a special order toy blimp animatronic balloon, a birthday gift for a young person. Instead of the quizzical looks we anticipated, Richie and Ike were welcoming and seemed to understand our need. Ike wondered if we might dundundundundundun dunnana! While flying it around the dining room when serving up cake. Thanks for sharing the idea!
They not only had the means to inflate the balloon but also knew how to handle the specific valve on this type of Mylar aquatic designed for air travel. Their willingness to assist with our uncommon request was appreciated and made the process much smoother than expected.
This Dollar General X proved to be a convenient stop, and the assistance provided by Richie and Ike was definitely a positive aspect of the visit. Their helpfulness in a slightly unusual situation was a plus.
Thanks to you two gentlemen for being awesome and also to whoever was better bossing it that day they hired you both.

“My phone died on my way back to the hotel, and the cashier charged my I phone while I shopped . The phone had directions on how to get back to the hotel, without it I was lost !!”
“I like the way they. Are making tuna fish now. In a can or a pouch with extra virgin olive oil with dried tomatoes. I was glad this Dollar general had the pouch as very good for eating on the run and enjoying this healthy light lunch that fills your appetite until dinner time. Nice convenient store...saves trip to Walmart.”

“I go here quite a bit since I live across the street. Today had to grab a few things and I overheard the manager talking to the pretty, dark haired woman (I didn't get her name) about an employee no call no showing... Growing up in retail I know that can ruin a shift, but she still treated every customer with a great attitude and was very professional. Ever since she has started, she has been my favorite employee to see when I go in. Don is lucky to have her at his store.”
“I was looking for stocking stuffers for little girls for Christmas Charities and had no idea what’s popular now. Calandra was stocking shelves and helped me find things l was looking for and had great suggestions. I’m 77 and clueless what to get, besides gloves, hats, etc. She was patient, professional and very knowledgeable.”

“There are several Family Dollar stores near me but I travel 8 miles to shop at the Family Dollar store on Pulaski pike. That store is always clean and neat. I can shop my list quickly and get other items I wasn't looking to purchase. The staff and managers are very friendly. I appreciate a very clean organized store. ? ❤️”

“Felicity was so kind and helpful. She knew I had some heavy items and opened the door for me. Since there were no other customers in the store she offered to help me. I didn't need her to, so she never left her station, but her willingness to help was so refreshing.”

“I have to say that I had the most wonderful experience of genuine kindness thanks to the manager Breana! I came in at the last minute looking for cancer awareness pink lapel pins for a charity event. I had been to probably 15 different stores, no luck. I came here and asked Breana if they had anything. She said, "unfortunately, no." But then she said, "We do have some of our pins for employees and I think I might have an extra." I said, "I actually need 4 of them." She went into her office and brought me 4 pins! She didn't charge me for them. She genuinely saw how stressed and worried I was and went out of her way to help me! We don't know each other. I had never met Breana before in my life. But she's the kind of person who is willing to help the people who come through their door, regardless of their needs. That is why I will continue to go here. I could not be more grateful for her kindness.”
