I gotta say for a Dollar Tree, this one is pretty good. I come here somewhat often, and even if not always, maybe 80% of the time they are very well stocked, especially with seasonal items. I haven't had much interaction with staff beyond checking out at the register, but they do their job and are polite.

The most uncomfortable store I ever been to. The Manager was clucker . Told me to leave because I had been there too long. He said all customers just need to get their stuff and get out.

The store is a mess, they left one NEW employee on her own, and when the more seasoned employees returned they stood by the office talking rather than addressing the line or assisting the new person on ensuring people got receipts ...they told her that they couldn't do it.

Encountered a very rude employee today. This is my second time visiting this store and both times with different employees. Customer service is not the same anymore. You ask a question and they act like you're bothering them. I won't be back to this store.

I went to this store with my three year old son and we had an interaction with an extremely rude employee. There were flower petals on the floor next their display of fake flowers. My son picked them up from the floor. An employee came up to him and asked him what did he have in his hands. She then proceeded to tell him not to break the flowers. I told her he found those on the floor. When I told her that she had the nerve to say “Oh, did he?” with an attitude. If you want to accuse a child of breaking something, tell the parent. Don’t go and approach the child. I don’t know if she’s just rude like that or if she’s racist. I wouldn’t be surprised if her name were Karen. I won’t be going to this Dollar Tree anymore.

Store was top notch. Customers? Not so much. Massive amount of trash thrown out into the parking lot because people are gross.

I came into the store to get balloons blown up for my balloon release since my grandpa passed this morning. I asked the associate if they had a pink balloon and the manager was like no I don't have that, I then proceeded to ask them if they had 3 other pink balloons. They told me no so I said forget it. I never once said anything left or rude to the associate. The system prompt me to insert my card and I do so. The system keeps telling me that it was a chip malfunction and to take it out. The associate gets an attitude and tells me to stop taking out my card. I tell her that that's the system not me, again not rude at any point. Then the cashier tells me and I quote, "You don't have to get an attitude." At that point she began to argue with me. The manager stands there and does not do anything about the employee. When I asked for the employee's name, because they weren't wearing their name tags, the manager said she was going to call the police on me for my language. Never once did she correct her employee for arguing with a customer. I've worked in customer service and not once have I ever EVER argued with a customer no matter how rude they are, and I was never once to her before then.
